We are in expansion mode and are actively recruiting an experienced and motivated Managing Partner to join our growing team in the Peterborough and Lindsay markets.

InspiAIR Inc. was founded in 2005 with a mission to elevate the clinical standards for support and education in the therapeutic fields of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Home Oxygen Therapy. We pride ourselves on our proprietary Clinical Protocols and the use of advanced respiratory therapies and state-of-the-art equipment. As a Canadian, locally owned and operated respiratory homecare company, we are committed to helping our patients breathe easier and sleep better.

Position Overview:

We are in expansion mode and actively seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Partner to join our growing team. This role is vital to our success, as you will be responsible for overseeing operations in the Peterborough and Lindsay markets, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage local operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.

– Foster strong relationships with patients, clients, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapeutic support.

– Collaborate with clinical teams to implement best practices and achieve positive patient outcomes.

– Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.

– Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or respiratory therapy sector.

– Strong understanding of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Home Oxygen Therapy.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with stakeholders.

– Commitment to patient care and a passion for improving community health.
