This is a full-time, permanent position and we are looking for a healthcare professional that is motivated for more than just a job, someone who wants a career.

Positions Description:

This role supports our Respiratory Care team by handling incoming referrals, booking appointments, and checking eligibility for home oxygen and related services. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and great with customers—someone who can manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and help with appointments, purchases, and general questions.
  • Handle phone calls, faxes, and office communication; manage supplies and basic admin tasks.
  • Process billing for insurance and government programs.
  • Keep track of payments and follow up on unpaid accounts.
  • Update and maintain client records on Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Help clients with equipment setup.
  • Make follow-up calls to clients.
  • Assist with marketing materials, social media, and collecting client feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college education in administration is a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Experience with CPAP is considered an asset.
  • Retail or merchandising background is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with systems like Blueprint, QuickBooks, or agency portals is a bonus.
  • Quick to learn new processes in a changing environment.
  • Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to manage time well and work under pressure.

Schedule Shift: 40 hrs/ week, Monday – Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: CA$45,000.00 – CA$50,000.00 per year
