Meet The InspiAIR Team

Jon is a Registered RRT with 9 years of experience in homecare across Simcoe County and the GTA. He is dedicated to helping patients navigate the challenges of respiratory illness and is excited to bring his expertise to the Inspiair team. Jon's role is crucial in enhancing patient care and quality of life, and he finds great satisfaction in providing clarity and support within the complex healthcare system.

Jessica has been in the Healthcare field for 10 years, working as a Lab Technician and Clinical Manager. She prides herself on providing exceptional Patient care.

Fiona has worked in the home care respiratory industry for over 20 years. During that time she has overseen clinical operations in GTA and provided exemplary customer service to CPAP and Home Oxygen patients. The best part about her job is being part of a team at Inspiair that loves to provide outstanding client care.

Shane is a Registered Respiratory Therapist that has worked in the Healthcare field for over 25 years in both the hospital and homecare setting. As a past President, and former board member of the Ontario Home Respiratory Services Association (OHRSA), Shane is familiar working with Government and their funding. He uses that knowledge to ensure our patients receive best in class care utilizing the most up to date equipment so patients can achieve their best quality of life.

Nicole became a RRT in 2009, graduating from Candore College with an advanced diploma in Respiratory Care. Nicole became InspiAirs managing partner in 2018, where she has been developing relationships and providing personal respiratory care services to her clients.

Sonia graduated from College de Rosemont in Quebec as a Respiratory therapist in 2003. ​Sonia has 18 years of hospital and home care clinical experience, providing bilingual oxygen and sleep therapy care. Sonia is committed to ensuring that the latest technology is available to improve the treatment success and clinical compliance of her clients while assisting them with insurance coverage.

Linda is InspiAIR Belleville’s Patient Care Coordinator. You will feel Linda’s care from the moment you walk through the door. ​She will always go out of her way to ensure you’re well taken care of. Linda loves helping patients begin on their journey to better sleep.

Adam has been a Respiratory Therapist for 10 years and completed his Certified Respiratory Education certification in 2013. ​Adam has extensive experience providing respiratory care in a community setting and specializes in COPD and Asthma management. He joins the InspiAIR team on a part time basis to assist with clinical policy and offer insight on relevant service offerings and the evolving needs of the community. Adam has a passion for educating both patients and providers alike, in addition to advancing efforts in community engagement.

Casey is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and graduated with an advanced diploma in Respiratory Therapy in 2014. She has 6 years of community respiratory care experience, with a specific passion for providing care in rural settings. She has returned to her home town of Bancroft where she is leading regional respiratory care activities for the Bancroft Family Health Team. Additionally, Casey has recently joined InspiAIR Quinte to further improve access and support for patients receiving oxygen and sleep therapy in North Hastings.

Andrea became an RT in 2012, graduating from the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences in Toronto with an advanced diploma in Respiratory therapy. She also has a degree in Health Sciences and a certificate in Disability Management from Dalhousie University in Halifax. She has been working in the community ever since and is committed to the ongoing education and optimized therapy of her patients.

Kymberlee is a Registered Practical Nurse. She graduated from Loyalist College in 2017. She has over five years of clinical experience in hospital setting. In search of change, she's excited to be settling into her new role as Patient Care Coordinator. Just as InspiAIR prides itself on delivering the highest standards of care, she does too.

Kerry has been a Registered Nurse for 37 years.  She graduated from Mohawk College in 1985. Her husband is in the Military which has afforded her varied opportunities to expand her professional experiences. She has worked in both hospital and outpatient settings, including critical care, family health, corrections, case management and breast cancer coordination.  She and her husband have settled in Trenton, and she looks forward to utilizing her nursing knowledge to further assist the patients at InspiAIR.

Jessica brings enthusiasm to the respiratory industry. With pervious homecare experience, she is excited to expand her knowledge while providing our patients the best care possible. She is thrilled to be a part of the InspiAIR team.

Ashley attended Loyalist College, where she graduated with her Medical Office Administration diploma. Bringing over 10 years of administrative experience, in both the medical and customer service fields, Ashley prides herself on positive patient interactions with a helpful, enthusiastic approach. She looks forward to meeting all our clients and forming lasting relationships in our community.

Katie is a Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from Loyalist College. Throughout her nursing career she has worked in our local hospitals and has over 8 years of experience in the home oxygen and cpap industry. Katie is thrilled to be joining our locally owned business in her hometown. She will continue to provide outstanding patient centred care to all our InspiAIR patients.

Brandi is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with an advance diploma from St. Clair College in Respiratory Therapy. After graduating in 2021, she spent time briefly working in a sleep lab before joining the home oxygen industry. Although she was not born a "county girl", she made Prince Edward County her home shortly after graduation. She looks forward to providing excellent patient care to the Hastings and Prince Edward County residents, and to give back to the community. When not being a respiratory rockstar, she can be found in the barn singing Dallas Smith songs to her three goats or driving her boys to 4H meetings.

Randy is a lifetime Quinte resident and was the driving force behind the Rick Meagher Charity Golf Tournament that raised $3 Million for local causes. The charity helped Quinte area children and their families, who faced physical and mental health challenges, live better lives. Additionally, 60 high- school graduates, pursuing a post-secondary education in healthcare, received $5000 scholarships. Randy has over 38 years experience in the respiratory industry, beginning at Belleville's Lakeside Homecare in 1983, followed by many years as a senior executive at Medigas, before joining InspiAIR in November of 2020.

Judiane was born and raised in Brockville, then pursued her studies at Northwood University graduating with a degree in International Business and Automotive Marketing Management. After living and raising her family in Florida and North Carolina for 29 years returned to her roots of Brockville. In the past four years, Judiane has been working within the health care industry and has been an asset working within doctor’s offices and local hospitals. Judiane is passionate about helping people with their health, and navigating through the health care systems.

Miranda is a Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from St Lawrence College in 2023. Throughout her new nursing career, she worked in primary care in a clinic setting. Miranda is new to the home oxygen and CPAP industry. Miranda is thrilled to start a new, exciting career change within the nursing field and to be joining our locally owned team. She will continue to provide outstanding patient centred care to all our InspiAIR patients.

Jade became a Respiratory Therapist in 2010, graduating from Algonquin College. She has over 10 years of clinical and management experience with a home oxygen and sleep apnea therapy provider. She looks forward to being an entrepreneur, and along with her team, is focused on improving quality of life through patient-centred care, while providing exemplary customer service. Jade is committed to ensuring that the latest technology is available to improve the treatment success and clinical compliance of her clients.

Born and raised in the community of Brockville Cathy entered the nursing profession 42 years ago graduating from St. Lawrence College. Throughout her career she has worked in various aspects of the nursing profession; including hospital and community care with the last 16 years being concentrated in the specialty of home oxygen and PAP therapy. With her extensive knowledge she is excited to be working with InspiAIR Brockville and is looking forward to continuing to provide individually tailored care, while assisting with all needs surrounding home oxygen and PAP therapy for all current and future patients.

Candace is a Registered Respiratory Therapist who graduated with distinction from Conestoga College in 2017. She has taken great care and pride in helping her patients for the last 7 years with their sleep and oxygen needs to help improve their quality of life. She is excited to join the InspiAIR team and introduce InspiAIR to the Tri-Cities and surrounding area. Patient care, sleep, and health improvement have always been her top priority, and she looks forward to helping each and every patient.

Krista has a wealth of experience as an RRT and has spent the past 24 years working with Home Oxygen and PAP therapy clients in the Durham and Northumberland regions. She has an unwavering commitment to patient advocacy and providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Krista loves educating and supporting her patients.

Sabrina is our CPAP Specialist, who has over 15 years of experience educating clients about sleep apnea. She provides personalized care to her clients to ensure that they are successful with their therapy.

Corina is our dynamic Patient Care-Coordinator! She has a passion for exceeding expectations and her dedication to customer satisfaction shines through in every interaction.

Cynthia graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy from Canadore College in 2018. She has over 5 years of experience in CPAP, critical hospital and home oxygen therapy. Since growing up in Bancroft, she is excited to work back in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. Cynthia is committed to developing relationships through respiratory assessments personalized for each client.

Shelby has an Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy from Canadore College, where she graduated in 2020. Since graduating, Shelby has worked in both acute/critical care settings at various hospitals as well as community care. Shelby achieved her goal of becoming a CRE (Certified Respiratory Educator) in 2023 and is looking forward to sharing that knowledge and education with her patients. Shelby looks forward to continuing to provide the best clinical experience to all her patients.

Marnie completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences at The University of Western Ontario before completing an Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy at Algonquin College in 2006. She has over 15 years of clinical experience in both the homecare environment, specializing in sleep and oxygen therapy, and the hospital setting. Marnie brings enthusiasm to the homecare industry providing patients with the latest oxygen technologies. Her exceptional clinical expertise ensures patients have an improved quality of life and increased mobility. She is thrilled to join the InspiAIR team and be able to offer each patient a personalized care plan based on their individual needs to help them achieve their healthcare goals.

Janice obtained her sleep technologist certification in 2007 and for the past 18 years has provided sleep studies to patients at both the Cornwall Community Hospital as well as most recently with Hospital Alliance Group in Winchester. She is thrilled to be expanding her homecare knowledge by supporting patients through their sleep therapy journey

Graduating from Laurentian University in 2014, Alecia has over 10 years of nursing experience specializing in neurology and home care. Passionate about patient-centered care, Alecia is committed to helping individuals improve their respiratory health and well-being. With a compassionate approach she is proud to be part of our team to help patients achieve better health and quality of life through oxygen and sleep therapy.

Lee obtained his Honours Specialization in Kinesiology from Western University. He moved on to graduate from Fanshawe College, and became a Registered Respiratory Therapist in 2016. He is also a Certified Respiratory Educator with a passion for providing personalized care and education to all his patients. He has over 8 years of experience working in Kingston and the surrounding communities.

Eric graduated from Fanshawe College as a Respiratory Therapist in 2015. He has over 8 years of both clinical & managerial experience across a multitude of sectors including hospital and primary care as well as specializing in home oxygen and sleep therapy. He is also a Certified Respiratory Educator with a great passion for patient & family education. As a Managing Partner, Eric is dedicated to ensuring each patient has tailored service and equipment that meets their individual needs.

Megan is Kingston's Patient Care Coordinator. As soon as you walk through our door, or call us on the phone, you will be sure to be met with Megan's warm and positive personality. Megan loves working with our community to make a difference in their breathing and sleep needs.

Jennifer is a Patient Care Coordinator in our Kingston location. She comes to us with previous healthcare background, and is excited to be making a difference in our community with InspiAIR. Jenn will always go out of her way to ensure you leave the store with the best experience possible!

Jazz is a seasoned respiratory therapist with a decade of acute care and community home care experience. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, Jazz does his absolute best to give power and confidence to his patients with respect to their health. Now, as the Managing Partner in Mississauga, he is able to push personalized initiatives on a larger scale to help his community.

David has been in the home health care industry for over 15 years, providing empathetic care to seniors in the community, long term care, and in retirement homes. The favourite part of his job is listening to his clients, and understanding their needs, and taking care of them. David loves the respiratory industry because each day he knows he can make a difference in someone’s life.

David has been in the home health care industry for over 15 years, providing empathetic care to seniors in the community, long term care, and in retirement homes. Kim has over 20 years experience in Healthcare. Her wealth of knowledge in Respiratory and HME is a true asset to InspiAIR and servicing our clients. Kim is thrilled to be joining our locally owned business in her hometown of Newmarket. “I have a passion for helping people, especially in their time of need and InspiAIR is the company that will allow me to make a difference in the lives of others.”

Wendy has worked in the home care respiratory industry providing clients with CPAP therapy for over 10 years. She has a unique ability to connect and empathize with her clients and can transform the process into a comfortable one for everyone she takes care of. Wendy’s favourite part of her job is developing that special relationship with her customers that keeps them coming back.

Michelle joined InspiAIR after working for 3 years in a Sleep Clinic setting. This experience allows her to provide knowledgeable and detailed service to her clients. She loves to help improve her client’s quality of life with compassion and care. “Making sure my clients are set up to have success with their sleep therapy is very important to me”.

Liz is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) with a background in Respiratory Therapy. She has over 20 years of experience working as a sleep technologist at the Ottawa Hospital Sleep Lab, and still finds sleep fascinating. Liz’s favourite part of her job is meeting new people and helping them to be successful with their CPAP therapy on their journey to better sleep, better health and therefore a better life!

Originally from Nova Scotia, Jo-Anne has worked in sleep therapy since 2016. She joined InspiAIR in 2019 as our Patient Care Coordinator shortly after moving to Ottawa. Clients often comment on her friendly nature and genuine helpfulness. Here at InspiAIR, we can always count on Jo to have everything just right and under control.

Michelle is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) with 20 years of experience working as a sleep technologist at The Ottawa Hospital Sleep Lab and 5 years of experience as a CPAP clinician working in home care. She believes that sleep is the key to good health and loves educating people on the importance of quality sleep and how adherence to CPAP therapy can lead not only to improved sleep but improved health overall.

Priscilla graduated from Algonquin College in 2016 and has been practicing as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for the last 7 years. Her focus has been on sleep therapy and recently has become more involved with home oxygen therapy. She enjoys meeting new clients and working with them to achieve their therapy goals. Here at InspiAIR, she feels she can be a clinician first, which compliment’s her passion to provide a welcoming and professional experience for her clients.

Megan graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa with a Diploma in Respiratory Therapy in 1995, and worked at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus for 8 years, and as Senior Therapist for the Cardio Pulmonary Outpatient Labs at the Queensway Carleton Hospital until 2007, when her love of Business development transitioned her into Medical Device sales. Megan is passionate about informed excellent patient care and brings her passion to InspiAIR to educate healthcare professionals about the benefits for patients and caregivers of InspiAIR's highly rated patient care reviews, and its innovative equipment, allowing patients more options for greater flexibility and mobility.

Renée graduated from La Cité Collégiale in 1993 and completed her Certificate in Business Administration at l`Université du Québec. She has over 28 years of homecare clinical and management experience in the industry, providing bilingual services. She is excited and privileged to join the InspiAIR team and be able to provide the best customer service experience. Renée is a strong patient advocate to ensure that patients are receiving the best care possible, and their needs are being fully met.

Laura graduated from Algonquin College as a Respiratory Therapist and has been working in the home respiratory industry for over 7 years, specializing in oxygen and sleep apnea therapy. InspiAIR is locally owned and, as a new entrepreneur, Laura is thrilled to be dedicating herself to providing best-in-class patient care and customer service within her community. She looks forward to tailoring treatments to individuals based on their unique needs, while offering both in-office clinical consultations and virtual appointments to her clients.

Sue is a lifelong resident of Essex County. She received a degree in Human Kinetics at the U of Windsor then her Respiratory Therapy Degree at Henry Ford. She has worked in both hospital and Homecare for over 30 years. Sue strives to ensure that the entire Windsor InspiAIR Team provides unsurpassed service to every client. She loves to play hockey, golf and travel to many countries around the world.

Erin is a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with 25 years experience in hospital and community nursing. She takes great pride in educating our clients to ensure they have the best possible quality of life. Erin enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs at home and travelling the world to explore new cultures.

Malcolm is a Registered Sleep Technologist with 16 years working in the field of Sleep Medicine. His expertise performing and analyzing sleep studies compliments his passion for helping others and his commitment to patient centered care. Malcolm specializes in guiding patients to manage their CPAP therapy, to improve their sleep, health and quality of life. Malcolm’s hobbies include painting, photography, cycling and hiking.

Abdullah is a Respiratory Therapist committed to enhancing patient outcomes through exceptional respiratory care. With a solid background in clinical practice and a focus on continuous professional growth, Abdullah ensures that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Outside of work, he actively engages with the community to promote respiratory health awareness and enjoys fishing, hiking, and cycling in his leisure time.

Terry graduated from St. Clair College in Windsor as a Veterinary Technician. She worked for 23yrs caring for our four-legged, furry friends before deciding to make a move to the human side. She is looking forward to learning and expanding her knowledge in the respiratory world, and especially at our small locally owned business, InspiAIR. She has lived in many Canadian towns(being a part of a military family), before settling down and starting a family in the small town of Woodslee. When life allows, she and her family enjoy sporting events and camping.

Leah received her RN degree from U of Ottawa, in 2020. She is passionate about wiener dogs and hiking. Leah loves learning about disease processes so she can be a strong advocate to ensure her clients have the best possible care.

Nadeen immigrated to Canada in 2006. She has been working in the medical field for years, being educated in IT and Medical Administration. She always gives 110% and is dedicated to building long lasting relationships with our clients. Nadeen is fluent in Arabic and is a fabulous cook. She enjoys swimming and tennis with her two children.

Alex moved to Canada from England when he was 12 years old. He loves to meet people and takes pride in delivering excellent service to each and every InspiAir client he visits. In his free time, Alex watches soccer and attends concerts.
