I am extremely fortunate to know Lee at InspiAIR Kingston through my son’s CPAP therapy there. I can't recommend Lee and his team highly enough. I was with another CPAP service before and noticed a huge contrast between InspiAIR and the other one. I have been on CPAP therapy for almost five months with unnecessarily high pressures which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I mentioned it to Lee, he right away pinpointed the key issues with my pressure setting. He adjusted the pressure for me based on my data, closely monitored my progress and provided me with his feedback in a very timely manner. I felt more comfortable with the therapy on day one after he made the adjustment and even achieved better therapy results than before. Within two weeks under Lee’s care, he made a life changing impact on my therapy. Every morning when I wake up now, I feel more refreshed without any dry mouth.
Lee always goes above and beyond to help us. Throughout the follow-up process, he checked in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly and offered adjustments as needed. His excellent knowledge, outstanding professionalism and deep compassion have made all the difference in what could have been a challenging transition to CPAP therapy. I recently purchased a ResMed Mini (travel size CPAP machine) and I cannot say enough about the excellent service I got from Renée and her colleagues at the Ottawa East office. She recommended that I try it at home for a couple of nights before my trip and followed up to ensure that all went well. Very kind and attentive! Recently my CPAP machine started to fail, and was making so much noise that it was keeping my wife and me awake at night. The reply from my regular store was essentially "you can't there from here". Without a new prescription, the Ontario ministry of health won't subsidize a new machine. Months later, I got a prescription and went back to the store. Oh, your machine is only three years old, and the ministry won't consider your application until it is at least five years old. Out of frustration I decided to try InspiAIR, but was really expecting more of the Can't-do response. Was I ever wrong! The attitude there is "what can we do to fix this?" Lee, a staff member, ran some diagnostic tests on the machine and quickly concluded that the motor was failing. They would send it back to ResMed for a repair quote and, if repairing the machine is not worth it, would submit a request to the ministry with the vendor's quote, and the prescription attached, to subsidize a new machine . We will handle mailing it back for you, and we'll provide you with a loner until this gets resolved. I was incredulous. I can not say enough about the professionalism that the entire staff showed, and five stars are not enough. I will never go anywhere else for my CPAP needs.

This is my second round in dealing with a CPAP supplier. My first experience was with a local business and overall it was OK. (I assumed that this is just the standard in this health segment.) Although we haven’t had to use the oxygen so far for our precious fur ball (husky rescue 6 yo female). She has blastomycosis which is an extremely rare fungal disease that kills quickly.

We couldn’t afford the vet bill to keep her at the clinic 24hrs for 3-5 days so we decided to elect for home care. That said, we couldn’t deliver the medication to fight the fungus without proper home care prep on hand, which included air tanks.

Inspirair in Barrie was INCREDIBLE at making sure we received our air supply as fast as possible. Faster than anyone we spoke to imagined.

Because of this, we were able to start our pupp’s meds and improve her odds of surviving.

Thank you SO SO much to John the respirologist on the team who worked with us and went over and beyond.

We are still in the swings of fighting the disease but know we did our absolute best for the pupp.

Today I visited Inspiair in Windsor Ontario , 55 Edinborough st. I had the pleasure of meeting with Nadeen in customer care. She was very helpful and easy going, and knowledgeable about prices and insurance coverage. She touch all bases including common problems with CPAP include a leaky mask, trouble falling asleep, a stuffy nose and a dry mouth, if the CPAP mask or machine doesn’t work for you, you have other options. And most CPAP masks can be adjusted to help make them more comfortable.
She explained that I would have to come in for a 1 hour appointment with the Doctor to discuss how to use the machine and how to clean, changing tubes and filtres.

I have been struggling for years with a lot of different health related issues. Ive suffer from severe TMJ, have high "bad"cholestrol that could cause heart diease or stroke, also diagnosed with Crohns disease. Kerry was great; she was very helpful and thorough when explaining how to use and take care of the CPAP machine. I was a bit hesitant at first as to whether I really needed/wanted this kind of treatment but after she showed me the machine and demonstrated how it works, and that it was completely silent, I felt much better.
I’ve only had the machine for a couple of nights and already my number of “events” per hour has dropped significantly and my husband says he can’t hear the machine at all.

On February 21, 2024 we dropped by to see enquire about CPAP machines for my husband. We were referred to Nadeen Maroon. I felt very comfortable and their expertise in helping me adapt and cope with a cpap machine and explaining each part gave me calm assurance in using it. I have to get a new APAP device my sleep doctor required me to read the SD Card data from my old APAP device. My CPAP supplier at that time was charging me $80 to read it and send to my sleep doctor. No wonder my previous supplier has lots of negative feedback. They used to be good, but service has declined in the last 4 - 5 years and it seems all they want is your money. I started looking for another supplier and I based my choice on Google reviews and found InspireAir which has an impeccable 5 star rating. I am a big fan of Google reviews and rely on it a lot. So I moved my CPAP service to InspireAir because they were able to get the SD card data without any charges and send it to my sleep doctor. And I was happy I did that. The service was terrific from the customer service which is Jo-Anne who was my first contact and then later, with Michelle who showed me how to use my new APAP. Then I get a follow-up call a week later from Michelle just to see how everything is going. This is customer service at it's best - no doubt. I highly recommend InspireAir for your your CPAP service and supplies.

Tamara was AMAZING!! We went to her with a bit of a pinch, a really old mask that was chewed by a dog and unusable. Even though we are not her patients, not only did she find the best fitting mask, but she also taught us all the cleaning habits that we should have been doing (lol), she tested the pressure of the machine, changed the filter (and gave us a few extra) and provided a new water tank. She wrote down the part number for the new mask so if anything happens like this again we can buy just the replacement plastic piece rather than the whole mask!! She also took our information and told us that if we can’t get just the one part, to give her a call and she’d ship it directly to us! Tamara was the definition of exceptional customer service and made a bad day into a great one! If you need anything done with your CPAP machine or the parts- we cannot recommend this place enough! Lee assisted my my husband in a fitting for a new mask. He is knowledgeable and professional. Even though my husband did not purchase his machine there Lee took the time to explain how to properly clean and maintain the CPAP machine. The place my husband purchased the machine from did not explain any details to my husband.

Deanna is super! Came in to get a new ResMed machine as my previous Dreamstation was running on its last legs. She was very efficient and walked me through the new machine settings and even took time off to understand why my preferred payment method was not working. A great asset to have for a clinic, my experience with InspiAir was awesome because of Deanna. I had previously communicated with her via email and she was extremely prompt in her responses and very clear in the documentation required from me.

Lee is very knowledgeable and has been readily available to all my follow up concerns. He is genuinely interested in my sleep results and has been very quick to address all my questions and concerns after the purchase. Fully happy with purchasing my cpap machine through him. By the way, the results are impressive and my sleep is much much better. I wake up more refreshed for certain, higher energy levels from the get go in the morning. My sleep apnea was well over 30 per hour, it's now down to 1 or 2 per hour so do yourself a favour and get a cpap machine from Lee if you have sleep apnea.

Having to acquire and use a CPAP machine isn't a very happy situation.

Therefore the terrific service at InspiriAIR and frankly their very positive and helpful vibe make dealing with them a very pleasant experience.

The receptionist Jo-Anne who handles the administration is great to deal with. I strongly got the sense that Customer First is their operational philosophy.

Liz showed me the ropes on how to use the equipment and when I had a problem due to my own forgetfulness, she resolved my issue in a very supportive way.

My first contact at InspiriAIR was Jo-Anne. What a delight! I left our conversation feeling like I had just spoken to an old friend. My appointment was just as pleasant. Michelle and Jo-Anne handled all of the paperwork and did so with smiles and kindness. This is now my CPAP place! Thanks to such a great team.

My experience with InspiAIR was pleasant. I called them, and was able to come in right away to get a new CPAP mask, and supplies. They have many masks to choose from. Nicole was very helpful, and friendly. She didn't make me feel rushed at all.

Truly Excellent Service!
After visiting and speaking to 6 or so providers in Kingston, I went with InspiAir for one reason; their honest and customer-focussed approach. With the current global shortage of equipment and supply chain issues other providers treated me like an inconvenience and/or tried to make promises that they wouldn't be able to keep. InspiAir however was honest about how long it could take to source my required equipment but also helped me understand what I could do to mitigate any delays. I cannot praise Lee enough: ask for him by name!

I originally met Mary about a year ago and am blown away by her caring. It took me a while to actually find a CPAP mask that didn't keep me awake and she let me try different ones until I finally got to one that did the job. I highly recommend her to anybody that has a need for anything CPAP related.

Great experience dealing with Liz and the team at InspirAIR to ensure my first CPAP experience was smooth and successful! Very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process.

I had been going to a different supplier for my bi-pap supplies because I was not aware I could get them here.

I guess it was a good thing that my previous supplier had been taking me for granted for quite some time, causing me to go elsewhere - and now that I'm here, I have NO intentions of ever going to another outlet.

The customer service I receive from InspiAIR Cornwall is amazing. When I first was put on a CPAP machine, they would call weekly to see how I was adjusting to the machine and mask and closely monitored my results. When I had questions and would contact their office wether on the weekend or evenings, they would call back within minutes. They explain in detail how to use the machine and components which come with it, as well as the proper care required to maintain it. Learning to use a CPAP machine takes patience and is a trial and error process when adjusting and choosing the proper mask. InspiAIR Cornwall made the process as painless as possible. I recently had the pleasure of working with Colin at InspiAIR. We were doing some preliminary sleep apnea testing, something that I know nothing about, so I really needed some guidance. Colin explained the process to me in great detail and also answered all of the many questions that I had. I found him to be very patient and enjoyable to work with. This is my first time purchasing and using a CPAP machine and I had a great experience. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Colin while getting my CPAP trial machine. I was recently diagnosed and really didn’t have any idea what I needed or what I was supposed to be doing. He is SO personable, informative, he answered the countless amount of questions that I had (so patiently), and explained the entire process from start to finish. He even followed up with me to assure my first night with the machine went well and woo-hoo'd with me when it did! 10/10.

Incredible! Having dealt with a variety of different CPAP and Accessory providers it was very refreshing to interact with people who made you feel like they truly cared about the service they were providing, as opposed to just showing up for their shift. They were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and fun to deal with! Doing business with local shops really does make a difference. While I don't enjoy having Sleep Apnea, I do look forward to all my future dealings with the staff at InspiAIR Kingston.

She is the most kind hearted, loving soul. She is so empathetic that she said, “I heard the emergency in your voice “ Honestly if we had more people in the world like Nicole the world would be a better place.

She had an appointment and attended to me because my case was an emergency and had someone else take her appointment.

Her service was impeccable. She even helped me carry the materials out to my car. InspiAir is very lucky to have her as an employee, and honestly I believe she deserves a raise. Nicole is the definition of friendly and efficient.

My aunt was from out of town, and she needed oxygen ASAP. Nicole was so patient with me, she provided me with exactly what I needed, and explained it throughly.

Great loving person, and a great company to deal with, I would recommend this place every single time!

I have previously dealt with competitors of inspiaire and was never happy. I decided to try another company and found inspiaire.
It was the most pleasant experience I have experienced. What a difference it was from their competitor next door. I wasn’t rushed out the door and I didn’t feel uncomfortable like I was bothering them from interrupting them.

We decide to go to Tamara and her staff after seeing the 5 star reviews. And they are a BIG 5 for sure.
From the time we made the appointment, to meeting Tamara and getting the machine, the process was smooth and very educating. When I asked Tamara for a sheet of paper to make notes on how to maintain the unit she handed me a piece of paper that had my answers already completed (my own cheat sheet). She knows her business and how to
TREAT people. No fluff and stuff. Talks to the customer in layman's terms. Looking forward to having her take care of my wife. Best of Luck.

July 14, 2021 I picked up my Cpap Machine from Inspirair in Vaughan. I was immediately made to feel very comfortable. Mary Toffolo took the time to explain the various CPAP machines as well as the masks. She helped me choose the model which best suited my needs. She followed up with a home phone call when she noticed that the mask emoticon had been red for two days and we reviewed my sleep history. I was both reassured and pleased by this genuine interest from Mary, she made this transition smooth and effortless. Inspirair changing my life one sleep at a time. 5 star rating

Mary took time to explain the features of my C-PAP machine. Mary also fitted me for a new mask. I sleep more soundly and wake well rested. My wife tells me that my new C-PAP machine is so quiet she doesn't even know it's on!! InspiAir is the best place to go for all your C-PAP needs.

amazing startup company, my cpap was having issues I was unable to contact my usual provider, then the RT therapists called Mary from Inspi air CORNWALL and she talked us through fixing my issues. Then Offered a Home Visit. the next day.
the next day they showed up with a new machine as mine had a do not use notice on it. I offered a deposit on the new machine and they did not want one. truly amazing company outstanding service highly recommed

The Staff here is top notch! From my initial appointment to follow ups the staff here are very professional and knowledgeable. If you need a CPAP machine or anything for that matter you owe it to yourself to go visit Tamara and her staff. I would rate them 6 stars if I could!

My family & I have followed Tamara through all of her changes because she is amazing. She makes every step of the process easy & is always eager to help. We are so happy for her & her new shop. We love the personal care we get from her & not being a number like at some of the other companies in town

I feel so much better! Sonia walked me through everything I needed to know, including machine options and insurance. If you are clear about what doesn't feel right or make sense, she listens and helps fix it. I went from sleeping 13 hours a day with extreme fatigue to sleeping 7.5 hours and becoming energetic again. So worth it!

I'm still at a loss as to why these places do not deal with benefit companies directly. Got a little price shocked today, I can't believe how expensive things are now. Shop around folks.

Friendly staff. I am new to CPAP and went here because my wife went there. I went in and explained that I'm usually a side sleeper and a mouth breather. I was setup with a resmed air sense 10 with a large full face mask which ended being the wrong size after I went back and was provided with a medium. The medium was irritating the side of my nose and I struggled with the mask for a while. I let them know prior to going in to settle up financially. I was shown the three mask options for full face masks, I thought there was only two. After deliberating I chose the one I was never shown and it is much better. My sleep doctor just called and asked how it's going and I explained to him that I went into the machine settings that aren't typically used by most people. He said my adjustments were pretty close to what he would do and that is supposed to be the job of of the machine vendor. He or they could have done it remotely and I had let inspair know that I had done this myself in case it conflicted with them or the doctor. A more thorough presentation of options and a better understanding of how the machines and masks work would be good. I'd like to think I'm a pretty knowledgeable and competent person and I feel this could be pretty hard to understand for some people who had no knowledge of CPAP or researched it.

They charged me $250 for a ESON 2 CPAP mask and I found out I can get it online at Canadian CPAP supply for $69!
That's over 3.5 times the price.

I’m very disappointed by the service (or lack of service) I received. I was referred by a local sleep doctor and got a phone call to book my appointment with InspiAIR for a CPAP machine. However, it was never disclosed on the phone about the $200 fee until I checked in for my appointment. I was also asked to recall numbers from my sleep test results which those should have been on file. I was also asked to bring OHIP and my private insurance with me to the appointment. When I gave them my insurance information, they said SunLife was tricky to deal with and that I could pay out of pocket and take the chance of it not being covered or take the estimate, call SunLife myself and then come back again for another appointment.

A few things that could have been avoided: 1) being upfront about the $200 fee before booking an appointment and not surprising people when they show up; 2) having the patients sleep test results available; 3) asking those that do have benefits who they’re provider is to clear up any of the questions about coverage before the patient shows up for their appointment.

Things that should have been conveyed or asked over the phone prior to booking would have saved me a great deal of wasted time. The staff were at least apologetic for wasting my time. Needless to say, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

VERY EXPENSIVE!! I purchased a Resmed N30i cap mask/head set and was shocked at the price of $256 but proceeded thinking the prices had gone up like everything else. However when I checked the price online and found it to be $154 at CPAPmachines.ca and even as low as $125 on another site (half what Aspire charged). I was really upset and felt cheated so I returned the next day with the unused mask and they refused to take it back. My advice for anyone needing to purchase CPAP equipment, check online first. I wouldn't have minded a $20 difference to support a local business but $100 +, that's ridiculous.

Disappointed that you called me regarding the safety of your staff! My mother is 86 dying and relies heavily on oxygen. There have been 3 incidents that you relayed to me 1 my mother and her credit card. First off the credit was left on the table by your staff member and even my step-dad stated it was a misunderstanding. The next was when she called to get the equipment updated Nicole told her she wasn't getting it. I had to call on a long weekend to get it sent over as she was struggling to breathe. The 3rd when you worker dropped off equipment and told my 86 year old mother she could come across the street and get any supplies she needed. Yes she called because she was uncomfortable with the comment and expressed her concern.

My mother is dying and for you to tell me either my step-dad or I had to be there for the safety of your staff. I asked were telling me I needed to change providers? Your answer was we would not get the same amount of equipment. Why would you be able to do something more than another company when the government is paying these bills.

I spoke to both my mother and step-dad about what went on not just your side. There's a different view of what went on and the stress you put on me on top of my mother dying is the reason you no longer provide oxygen to her home.

I have the same amount of equipment on the day I called the other company and they have set her up and are super nice and yes I relayed your concerns to them.

Customer service is all anyone has left to provide and you failed at that.

Nadeen is rude. During our 1 hour meeting she kept pushing me to give her a 5 star review in return for discounts on products. This is before I even met a nurse and got fitted for a mask. This is just the consult. She mentioned giving her a 5 star review about 6-7 times within the hour. I called months later to book an appointment with a nurse to get fitted for a new mask (as per the nurses request to book an appointment) and Nadeen refused to book me an appointment. She said I don’t need one to get a new mask. I kept telling her 3 different times that the nurse told me via email this same day to book an appointment. She finally checked my account and said “oh yeah I see a note here to book an appointment”. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. The nurses here are great. But if you can avoid Nadeen, do so. All she does is push you to give her a 5 star review and yet she isn’t even the one who bills clients for products. It’s the nurses who billed me and took payment from me. Not her. Shady and weird business practice.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I've had a machine for over 3 months now that I haven't been able to use, I paid the $150 charge for them to monitor it and have made numerous calls for which I'm told they will get back to me and they never do. I finally had the owner call me, waited for 2 weeks for her to call back and no call. I can see the great customer service trickles down. NOT!! GOT A CALL BACK TODAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO BE CALLING THE DR. AND NOT THE PKACE I BOUGHT THE MACJINE FROM. WHAT A JOJE??

As a Inspiair’s client for several years, I started to notice that the prices were awfully high, so I did a little research. Inspiair had charged me $350 for a mask that their competitors usually sell 300$. Also, they sell the mask cushions $95 instead of $80, the normal price at their competitors. Nicole Esch explained to me that their prices include a 3 month warranty, an exchange program, a Healthcare Professional measure, fit, and education on the equipment. I’m very sorry, Nicole, but you are the only person in that industry that charges $350 for a $300 mask just because you gave a few information to the client about it! I’m leaving Inspiair for good!

Way too backlogged. Sleep clinic sent them my prescription in March 2022, had to follow up myself and still to this day on a waiting list. Luckily I finally called the sleep clinic to send my prescription elsewhere and got a call right away and now have my machine. Thanks for nothing InspireAir!
