This team went above when I needed immediate medical care for breathing at my fitting appointment in their office. Liz was present during my hospital treatment and supplied my machine before leaving hospital. Education, follow up, passion and care is my experience. I called InspiAir looking for a company that sells CPAP equipment which is reliable, can ensure that I get my supplies in a timely manner, and whose customer service is top notch. I realized I had found that within the first minute of speaking to Nadeen on the phone. She was polite, confirmed she had everything I needed in stock, added me to her client list, and even called me as a reminder to pick up my order. To say she bent over backwards would be an understatement. I look forward to doing all my future business with this company!

Nadeen was incredibly patient and kind with my parents. My dad was very overwhelmed getting his machine and she walked him through step by step and made sure he didn’t leave until he felt confident enough using it. Very detailed explanation of how to successfully use my CPAP, take care of it through regular maintenance, what to expect while using it, mask fitting, and great overall customer service. I have had my CPAP for 3 months and it's been a great experience so far and I have definitely noticed improvement in the quality of my sleep.
Deanna was fantastic. She spent just over an hour explaining to me how my new APAP works. I cannot say enough about Lee and Jennifer at the Kingston InspiAIR location. They were so helpful in fitting me with an new machine and mask and made sure that all my paperwork was filled out correctly for my insurance company. I met with Cora today March 7 2024. I couldn’t be happier with the welcoming atmosphere and the thorough explanations on every aspect of the use of the CPAP therapy. I left feeling encouraged and confident and assured that support would be but a phone call away. The receptionist was equally attentive.
Catherine welcomed me upon my arrival, asked how I was and how she could help. The product I wanted was in stock and she processed the sale quickly and accurately. Great job!!!!!!
On February 21, 2024 we dropped by to see enquire about CPAP machines for my husband. We were referred to Nadeen Maroon. Nadeen was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions and then some. She but us at ease and instilled confidence in InspirAir services, customer service, and follow ups. We dropped in at other companies and we were not received as professionally. I personally go to another company however, the after sale is non-existent and when I had issues it was difficult to reach them. Nadeen has assured us that this will not happen. My husband has an appointment next week. I will provide post sale review then. But for now, Nadeen Maroon is an excellent choice and an asset to InspirAir Home Oxygen & CPAP Edinborough St., WIndsor. Great job!

When my vehicle was stolen in Toronto in mid October my CPAP machine was in it. Lee, in the Kingston office, came to my rescue arranging for a temporary replacement, insuring that while I lost my car I did not lose sleep. (The machine was recovered a few days later.) Thanks Lee!

I start using my CPAP in May/2023. The first week it was really difficult to get used to it.It was a great challenge for me to continue trying. Thanks to Mary’s guidance and encouragement ,I kept trying and on the second week I start getting used to it and having good sleep time. Mary was extremely helpful, kind, patient with me all the way. I am very satisfied with the services provided at InspAIR. I felt very comfortable and their expertise in helping me adapt and cope with a cpap machine and explaining each part gave me calm assurance in using it. They were very friendly and gave me lots of tips and advice. I would certainly recommend them.
I have to get a new APAP device my sleep doctor required me to read the SD Card data from my old APAP device. My CPAP supplier at that time was charging me $80 to read it and send to my sleep doctor. No wonder my previous supplier has lots of negative feedback. They used to be good, but service has declined in the last 4 - 5 years and it seems all they want is your money. I started looking for another supplier and I based my choice on Google reviews and found InspireAir which has an impeccable 5 star rating. I am a big fan of Google reviews and rely on it a lot. So I moved my CPAP service to InspireAir because they were able to get the SD card data without any charges and send it to my sleep doctor. And I was happy I did that. The service was terrific from the customer service which is Jo-Anne who was my first contact and then later, with Michelle who showed me how to use my new APAP. Then I get a follow-up call a week later from Michelle just to see how everything is going. This is customer service at it's best - no doubt. I highly recommend InspireAir for your your CPAP service and supplies.

If you are looking to get CPAP equipment or supplies InspiAIR are great to deal with, they take the time to explain all about the equipment and how to use it and have great follow up. They were recommended to me and I am so glad that I decided to call them for an appointment. They have a very professional knowledgeable friendly staff that spent about one hour explaining all about the equipment and how to properly use it and fitting the proper mask. I highly recommend them.
Went to see about a better fitment of my CPAP mask. The staff explained how to fit my mask properly and advised me that a new harness was needed. They also provided assistance in dealing with my new health insurance provider. Extremely professional staff, pleasant and helpful.

Tamara was AMAZING!! We went to her with a bit of a pinch, a really old mask that was chewed by a dog and unusable. Even though we are not her patients, not only did she find the best fitting mask, but she also taught us all the cleaning habits that we should have been doing (lol), she tested the pressure of the machine, changed the filter (and gave us a few extra) and provided a new water tank. She wrote down the part number for the new mask so if anything happens like this again we can buy just the replacement plastic piece rather than the whole mask!! She also took our information and told us that if we can’t get just the one part, to give her a call and she’d ship it directly to us! Tamara was the definition of exceptional customer service and made a bad day into a great one! If you need anything done with your CPAP machine or the parts- we cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Tamara and team for a great experience!

I'm so glad I chose to go with Inspiair! Mary has been so patient with me through the whole process and I cannot ask for more. The level of care and attention to every detail from my first assessment was excellent. First days of therapy I was dealing with some claustrophobia, but she helped to get the right mask for me, and now I don't even notice the mask for the whole night. I notice an amazing progress from my first days to now having some weeks on treatment. I was with another company then I seen a commercial on tv about Inogen so I filled out my info and the next day Alex called me and came to my place he brought everything I needed even got a new cool pen 😊 and Alex took his time to Explain everything to me I absolutely love my new tiny machine very easy to carry and use I feel like I got my freedom back and it comes with a car charger so you know your oxygen will never run out this is by far the best decision I have ever made I now have peace of mind thank you so much Alex for your kindness and everything you have done for me I would give 10 stars if I could 😊😊 for those who need oxygen do the switch now I guarantee you will be very happy

Lee assisted my my husband in a fitting for a new mask. He is knowledgeable and professional. Even though my husband did not purchase his machine there Lee took the time to explain how to properly clean and maintain the CPAP machine. The place my husband purchased the machine from did not explain any details to my husband.
Deanna is super! Came in to get a new ResMed machine as my previous Dreamstation was running on its last legs. She was very efficient and walked me through the new machine settings and even took time off to understand why my preferred payment method was not working. A great asset to have for a clinic, my experience with InspiAir was awesome because of Deanna. I had previously communicated with her via email and she was extremely prompt in her responses and very clear in the documentation required from me.
Lee is very knowledgeable and has been readily available to all my follow up concerns. He is genuinely interested in my sleep results and has been very quick to address all my questions and concerns after the purchase. Fully happy with purchasing my cpap machine through him. By the way, the results are impressive and my sleep is much much better. I wake up more refreshed for certain, higher energy levels from the get go in the morning. My sleep apnea was well over 30 per hour, it's now down to 1 or 2 per hour so do yourself a favour and get a cpap machine from Lee if you have sleep apnea.
Yesterdays visit was wonderful, right from the phone call with Linda, to the appointment with Sonia. Very polite and caring individuals. InspiAir were very helpful when my husband needed both home oxygen and a CPAP machine, and now they have been very kind in helping myself as well with a CPAP machine appointment. Would highly recommend this Belleville location.

For me what really stood out was how they went above and beyond to ensure that I had what I needed, they and helped me tremendously with my benefits to ensure I got the most coverage possible. I needed an oxygen concentrator so that I can bring back my father from back home and came across Inspiair in Mississauga. I met with Alex Bah who was and has been a great support and just wonderful. My goodness – InspiriAIR – has some awesome reviews which in fact mirror my own experiences.Having to acquire and use a CPAP machine isn't a very happy situation.Therefore the terrific service at InspiriAIR and frankly their very positive and helpful vibe make dealing with them a very pleasant experience.The receptionist Jo-Anne who handles the administration is great to deal with. I strongly got the sense that Customer First is their operational philosophy.Liz showed me the ropes on how to use the equipment and when I had a problem due to my own forgetfulness, she resolved my issue in a very supportive way.5 STARS – I don’t know of anything else that they could have done to make this a better experience.
I can’t even explain how amazing Priscilla from InspiAir is. She was so informative, she responded to me almost immediately anytime I had a question, she came the same day my mom was discharged from the hospital no questions asked. She is compassionate. Truly Excellent Service!After visiting and speaking to 6 or so providers in Kingston, I went with InspiAir for one reason; their honest and customer-focussed approach. With the current global shortage of equipment and supply chain issues other providers treated me like an inconvenience and/or tried to make promises that they wouldn't be able to keep. InspiAir however was honest about how long it could take to source my required equipment but also helped me understand what I could do to mitigate any delays. I originally met Mary about a year ago and am blown away by her caring. The customer service I receive from InspiAIR Cornwall is amazing. When I first was put on a CPAP machine, they would call weekly to see how I was adjusting to the machine and mask and closely monitored my results. When I had questions and would contact their office wether on the weekend or evenings, they would call back within minutes. They explain in detail how to use the machine and components which come with it, as well as the proper care required to maintain it. Learning to use a CPAP machine takes patience and is a trial and error process when adjusting and choosing the proper mask. InspiAIR Cornwall made the process as painless as possible. Having dealt with a variety of different CPAP and Accessory providers it was very refreshing to interact with people who made you feel like they truly cared about the service they were providing, as opposed to just showing up for their shift. And they are a BIG 5 for sure.From the time we made the appointment, to meeting Tamara and getting the machine, the process was smooth and very educating. When I asked Tamara for a sheet of paper to make notes on how to maintain the unit she handed me a piece of paper that had my answers already completed (my own cheat sheet). July 14, 2021 I picked up my Cpap Machine from Inspirair in Vaughan. I was immediately made to feel very comfortable. Mary Toffolo took the time to explain the various CPAP machines as well as the masks. She helped me choose the model which best suited my needs. She followed up with a home phone call when she noticed that the mask emoticon had been red for two days and we reviewed my sleep history. amazing startup company, my cpap was having issues I was unable to contact my usual provider, then the RT therapists called Mary from Inspi air CORNWALL and she talked us through fixing my issues. Then Offered a Home Visit. the next day.the next day they showed up with a new machine as mine had a do not use notice on it. I offered a deposit on the new machine and they did not want one. truly amazing company outstanding service highly recommed

If you are clear about what doesn't feel right or make sense, she listens and helps fix it. I went from sleeping 13 hours a day with extreme fatigue to sleeping 7.5 hours and becoming energetic again. So worth it!

Friendly staff. I am new to CPAP and went here because my wife went there. I went in and explained that I'm usually a side sleeper and a mouth breather. I was setup with a resmed air sense 10 with a large full face mask which ended being the wrong size after I went back and was provided with a medium. The medium was irritating the side of my nose and I struggled with the mask for a while. I let them know prior to going in to settle up financially. I was shown the three mask options for full face masks, I thought there was only two. After deliberating I chose the one I was never shown and it is much better. My sleep doctor just called and asked how it's going and I explained to him that I went into the machine settings that aren't typically used by most people. He said my adjustments were pretty close to what he would do and that is supposed to be the job of of the machine vendor. He or they could have done it remotely and I had let inspair know that I had done this myself in case it conflicted with them or the doctor. A more thorough presentation of options and a better understanding of how the machines and masks work would be good. I'd like to think I'm a pretty knowledgeable and competent person and I feel this could be pretty hard to understand for some people who had no knowledge of CPAP or researched it.
Disappointed that you called me regarding the safety of your staff! My mother is 86 dying and relies heavily on oxygen. There have been 3 incidents that you relayed to me 1 my mother and her credit card. First off the credit was left on the table by your staff member and even my step-dad stated it was a misunderstanding. The next was when she called to get the equipment updated Nicole told her she wasn't getting it. I had to call on a long weekend to get it sent over as she was struggling to breathe. The 3rd when you worker dropped off equipment and told my 86 year old mother she could come across the street and get any supplies she needed. Yes she called because she was uncomfortable with the comment and expressed her concern.My mother is dying and for you to tell me either my step-dad or I had to be there for the safety of your staff. I asked were telling me I needed to change providers? Your answer was we would not get the same amount of equipment. Why would you be able to do something more than another company when the government is paying these bills.I spoke to both my mother and step-dad about what went on not just your side. There's a different view of what went on and the stress you put on me on top of my mother dying is the reason you no longer provide oxygen to her home.I have the same amount of equipment on the day I called the other company and they have set her up and are super nice and yes I relayed your concerns to them.Customer service is all anyone has left to provide and you failed at that.
Nadeen is rude. During our 1 hour meeting she kept pushing me to give her a 5 star review in return for discounts on products. This is before I even met a nurse and got fitted for a mask. This is just the consult. She mentioned giving her a 5 star review about 6-7 times within the hour. I called months later to book an appointment with a nurse to get fitted for a new mask (as per the nurses request to book an appointment) and Nadeen refused to book me an appointment. She said I don’t need one to get a new mask. I kept telling her 3 different times that the nurse told me via email this same day to book an appointment. She finally checked my account and said “oh yeah I see a note here to book an appointment”. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. The nurses here are great. But if you can avoid Nadeen, do so. All she does is push you to give her a 5 star review and yet she isn’t even the one who bills clients for products. It’s the nurses who billed me and took payment from me. Not her. Shady and weird business practice.
I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I've had a machine for over 3 months now that I haven't been able to use, I paid the $150 charge for them to monitor it and have made numerous calls for which I'm told they will get back to me and they never do. I finally had the owner call me, waited for 2 weeks for her to call back and no call. I can see the great customer service trickles down. NOT!! GOT A CALL BACK TODAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO BE CALLING THE DR. AND NOT THE PKACE I BOUGHT THE MACJINE FROM. WHAT A JOJE??
As a Inspiair’s client for several years, I started to notice that the prices were awfully high, so I did a little research. Inspiair had charged me $350 for a mask that their competitors usually sell 300$. Also, they sell the mask cushions $95 instead of $80, the normal price at their competitors. Nicole Esch explained to me that their prices include a 3 month warranty, an exchange program, a Healthcare Professional measure, fit, and education on the equipment. I’m very sorry, Nicole, but you are the only person in that industry that charges $350 for a $300 mask just because you gave a few information to the client about it! I’m leaving Inspiair for good!
Way too backlogged. Sleep clinic sent them my prescription in March 2022, had to follow up myself and still to this day on a waiting list. Luckily I finally called the sleep clinic to send my prescription elsewhere and got a call right away and now have my machine. Thanks for nothing InspireAir!
