With the current global shortage of equipment and supply chain issues other providers treated me like an inconvenience and/or tried to make promises that they wouldn't be able to keep. InspiAir however was honest about how long it could take to source my required equipment but also helped me understand what I could do to mitigate any delays. I contacted InspiAir Kingston, and they were quick in responding to my concerns. My machine was still within it’s warranty period (which was up in 3 months). They were able to submit a warranty claim on my behalf and tracked down a hard to find machine. When the new machine arrived they contacted me notifying of it’s arrival and asked what would be the best way to get it to me. They offered safe options including delivery or pick up. I wanted a new mask, so I opted to pick up in store. The store was very clean and professional with many different options of masks and accessories to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the operation of my machine, masks, styles, comfort etc. I finally made a decision on a mask, because I hadn’t used the new style of mask I selected I was kindly reminded of the 30 day trial period. Check out was painless with various forms of payment and was provided an adequate receipt for insurance purposes. I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism I experienced at InspiAir Kingston. Out with the old, in with the new – InspiAir Kingston is now my new go-to CPAP supply store. I can’t say enough great about my experience. I highly recommend giving them a visit. Thank you!
