Below are quick tips that will ensure your trip goes as planned.
- Contact InspiAIR at least one month prior to departure date to make proper arrangements
- If traveling by air or ship, contact the medical desk from your airline/cruise ship as medical forms are required to be completed
- All portable oxygen concentrators at are FAA approved and can be taken on any flight, cruise or train
- Bring along a copy of the oxygen prescription
- Pack extra batteries and supplies to ensure you have ample oxygen supply in the event of delays
- Oxygen equipment does NOT count as a carry on
- Identify oxygen vendors near your destination as a back up
