I contacted InspiAir Kingston, and they were quick in responding to my concerns. My machine was still within it’s warranty period (which was up in 3 months). They were able to submit a warranty claim on my behalf and tracked down a hard to find machine. When the new machine arrived they contacted me notifying of it’s arrival and asked what would be the best way to get it to me. They offered safe options including delivery or pick up. I wanted a new mask, so I opted to pick up in store. The store was very clean and professional with many different options of masks and accessories to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the operation of my machine, masks, styles, comfort etc. I finally made a decision on a mask, because I hadn’t used the new style of mask I selected I was kindly reminded of the 30 day trial period. Check out was painless with various forms of payment and was provided an adequate receipt for insurance purposes. I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism I experienced at InspiAir Kingston. Out with the old, in with the new – InspiAir Kingston is now my new go-to CPAP supply store. I can’t say enough great about my experience. I highly recommend giving them a visit. Thank you!

Jade became a Respiratory Therapist in 2010, graduating from Algonquin College. She has over 10 years of clinical and management experience with a home oxygen and sleep apnea therapy provider.
She looks forward to being an entrepreneur, and along with her team, is focused on improving quality of life through patient-centred care, while providing exemplary customer service. Jade is committed to ensuring that the latest technology is available to improve the treatment success and clinical compliance of her clients.

Eric graduated from Fanshawe College as a Respiratory Therapist in 2015. He has over 8 years of both clinical & managerial experience across a multitude of sectors including hospital and primary care as well as specializing in home oxygen and sleep therapy. He is also a Certified Respiratory Educator with a great passion for patient & family education. As a Managing Partner, Eric is dedicated to ensuring each patient has tailored service and equipment that meets their individual needs.

Oxygen Therapy
Oxygen therapy is a treatment used to increase the amount of oxygen available to our lungs and delivered to our tissues through our bloodstream. There are many reasons why your doctor may have prescribed oxygen therapy. These include:
- Obstructive lung diseases such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Restrictive lung diseases such as Pulmonary Fibrosis
- Part of overall treatment of various cancers
- Relief for temporary conditions such as Pneumonia
- Some cardiac-related illnesses
CPAP
CPAP is an acronym for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, a type of treatment for sleep apnea.
There are many different sleep disorders that people suffer from. Two of the most common are:
