The administration fee is $250 with these guys, but only $125 with Medigas and neither are covered by a drug plan.
Was not advised of the costs upfront.
The service was excellent, but the additional cost not worth it.
Will definitely investigate more with the next time.

I went to InspiAir with my elderly sister to obtain a CPap machine and instruction . Cathy was pleasant and above all most patient with both of us . I could tell she is quite knowledgeable!
Also , the receptionist JudyAnn friendly and accommodating .

I recently was having some problems with my CPAP equipment and withutany appointment visited Inspiair Brockville to see if they could identify and resolve the problem.Within the hour I was able to see Cathy who identified the problem as soon as I described what the equipment was doing. Matter was resolved in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Helpful and knowledgable stsff and very good service. I am very satisfied and will be seeing them for any future service required.

Judiane was very welcoming and made me feel at ease immediately.Cathy explained how everthing works very clearly.Its alot of information to process and she is very patient.

Such helpful staff! Need to replace the clip on the hose, and was in and out in 2min. Lucky to have such a well staffed inspiair in Brockville. I’d give 7 ⭐️ if possible. Only sleep place to deal with. Thank you

I can’t say enough about Jade and Cathy and their professional, friendly and amazing help with my Cpap! One look at what I have been wearing as a mask and Cathy said it was too big.
