I am so blown away by how pleasant my experience has been so far - right from booking my appointment, the initial telephone comsult, followed by the in-person session for my machine. Liz was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and explained everything so well that setting up the machine at home was a breeze. Joanne at the reception was really nice and helpful as well! Very impressed with how well things went. Huge thanks to Liz and Joanne.

The service is absolutely great. Liz (Elizabeth Senior) was the specialist who helped me in the process. She was the most helpful and patient until I found my perfect APAP device. I had to switch a couple of times between devices and she was patiently helping me during the process. Her professional knowledge and strong background also helped me to find the best choice of device and mask. I should also mention that Jo-Anne was also very helpful. She was fast and provided me with help whenever needed. I rarely see such a high quality service anywhere in Canada specially in healthcare. Strongly Recommended!!!

I was quite nervous about the whole process, especially after reading reviews of other vendors. However, after picking up my CPAP machine from InspiAIR yesterday, I can confidently say they provide an honest, professional, and caring service.

Michelle was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and transparent. She took the time to explain the features of the machine clearly, without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Her professionalism and sincerity really put me at ease.

Absolutely an amazing experience! Stephanie has been so incredibly supportive and helpful in my transition to using my CPAP machine.
My initial consultation and my fitting she was extremely patient and was able to answer all my questions. The follow up on the process is also amazing. All my expectations have been blown away! InspiAIR has has been great and would recommend them to anyone.

This is a very honest and professional CPAP equipment supplier. Michelle was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. She did not try to upsell me on things I didn’t need and was very clear with explaining features of the machine. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Inspiair (Greenbank rd) because they truly deserve it. There are so many options in Ottawa, but I'm so glad I went with them.

From the start, Stephanie made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was a bit nervous going into it, not knowing exactly what to expect, but she took the time to answer every question I had—no matter how small—and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

What really stood out was how proactive Stephanie was. She not only took the time to answer all of my questions but also checked in on me, making sure I had all the information I needed. Her level of customer support went above and beyond, and I truly felt valued throughout the entire process.

I dropped in to get some CPAP products and a new Mask fitted. Joanne greeted me with a big smile and said hello good to see you again, Liz will see you soon.
Liz greeted me with a big smile and said lets try one of our newer Masks to see if it will work better for me. Liz and Joanne were very professional, passionate about what they do and they love what they do. I was in and fixed up in a very timely manner. So easy to deal with, smiling the entire time as we chatted and had a few laughs.
The total experience was amazing from the time i entered till the time i left.

I recently purchased a ResMed Mini (travel size CPAP machine) and I cannot say enough about the excellent service I got from Renée and her colleagues at the Ottawa East office. She recommended that I try it at home for a couple of nights before my trip and followed up to ensure that all went well. Very kind and attentive! P.S.: I would also recommend the ResMed mini; it's small and light and works great!

It’s been over two years since I first visited InspiAIR in Ottawa. I was immediately impressed by the friendly staff, the quality of equipment, and the exceptional service. Even after all this time, I’m still amazed by the level of knowledge and dedication displayed by the Ottawa team. Priscilla, Karen, and Heather are at the forefront of this knowledgeable and dedicated group. They genuinely love what they do, and it shows in their willingness to answer my questions, make recommendations, and provide me with the equipment I need, even in an emergency like a power outage. This team went above when I needed immediate medical care for breathing at my fitting appointment in their office. I knew from my first contact on the phone with
Jo-Anne that I had made the right choice with InspiAir. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient from the start.

Then I was put in touch with Liz (RPSGT) to meet with to discuss my machine and mask options for my initial trial. What a Gem she is to deal with. She is so professional, experienced, kind, efficient…I can’t say enough good things. She has been so patient and responsive to my many questions.

I am now past my 1 month trial and both Liz Jo-Anne have made this journey so much easier.

I have to get a new APAP device my sleep doctor required me to read the SD Card data from my old APAP device. My CPAP supplier at that time was charging me $80 to read it and send to my sleep doctor. No wonder my previous supplier has lots of negative feedback. They used to be good, but service has declined in the last 4 - 5 years and it seems all they want is your money. I started looking for another supplier and I based my choice on Google reviews and found InspireAir which has an impeccable 5 star rating. I am a big fan of Google reviews and rely on it a lot. So I moved my CPAP service to InspireAir because they were able to get the SD card data without any charges and send it to my sleep doctor. And I was happy I did that. The service was terrific from the customer service which is Jo-Anne who was my first contact and then later, with Michelle who showed me how to use my new APAP. Then I get a follow-up call a week later from Michelle just to see how everything is going. This is customer service at it's best - no doubt. I highly recommend InspireAir for your your CPAP service and supplies.

My goodness – InspiriAIR – has some awesome reviews which in fact mirror my own experiences.

Having to acquire and use a CPAP machine isn't a very happy situation.

Therefore the terrific service at InspiriAIR and frankly their very positive and helpful vibe make dealing with them a very pleasant experience.

The receptionist Jo-Anne who handles the administration is great to deal with. I strongly got the sense that Customer First is their operational philosophy.

Liz showed me the ropes on how to use the equipment and when I had a problem due to my own forgetfulness, she resolved my issue in a very supportive way.

5 STARS – I don’t know of anything else that they could have done to make this a better experience.

I can’t even explain how amazing Priscilla from InspiAir is. She was so informative, she responded to me almost immediately anytime I had a question, she came the same day my mom was discharged from the hospital no questions asked. She is compassionate. Priscilla made the process so easy. I would 100% recommend if you use InspiAir to ask for Priscilla. I can’t say enough about the service I have been receiving with this company. The staff, so personable, down to earth, professional and genuinely caring. I appreciate the patience that was taken to repeatedly explain to my concerns as I adjusted to my machine. The machine itself is compact, quiet, user friendly and not as intimidating to use as I initially perceived.
