Very pleased with the service at this clinic. The secretary called me when there was a cancellation, and the respiratory therapists were very helpful. The manager Laura has been very prompt with replying to my questions via email. Highly recommend this clinic.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I chose the right machine for my needs. Goodmorning this is my first visit to this office, and I felt very comfortable with the greeting and welcome my wife, and I received. We were right on time for my appointment and was seen immediately by Eliza Tsang the CPAP specialist. She was very knowledgeable about the machine she was about to sell to me. Eliza made sure that I was aware of this product because it is new to me even though I have been using another machine for many years. Eliza explained everything there is to know about this CPAP machine. Very pleasant, jovial, knowledgeable and joyful in explaining the machine in its entirety. I have no problem referring anyone to this office and especially meeting the great and most experienced Eliza. Thank you very much.

Good afternoon my husband had an appointment with your office on Wednesday ,i went with him from the time the door opened the reception greeted you with a genuine smile and hello. The lady who attended to us i can't remember her name she's Asian what an awesome lady, my husband is using a cpap machine for a lot of years but she spoke to him as if it was the first i loved that because she wanted to make sure he understood everything, in today days no one care but she made sure he understood and got everything right. Please keep up the great work your staff does ,and please let the lady know how great of a blessing person she is i know my review is long but it is worth it we had an awesome experience from beginning to the end of our visit. I wish I could of give more stars thanks for making a senior couple happy with the machine. Again thanks a million 😊.

They certainly know what they are doing! This is a highlyProfessional clinic to go to if you are in search for a CPAP. They are busy but always willing to help out. Be aware that a good insurance will also help fully cover the cost of your equipment but they can certainly help you out and get you what you need with no pressure. In my case I really needed it a long time ago and I am very happy with what I got.

I decided to check out this Inspiair location based on a colleague's positive experience, and so glad that I did. Laura was so helpful and showed me that I have been purchasing the wrong size cushion for my cpap for years now. Based on Laura's suggestion, I changed cushion size and my leak rate and overall numbers have improved significantly. I'm waking up feeling better as well. I highly recommend this location, and Laura in particular!

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and so was prescribed a cpap machine. unfortunately it wasn’t the right treatment for me but the beautiful Eliza was very helpful and patient despite my anxiety. I recommend this shop if you are looking for sleep aids.

When I was looking for a CPAP machine, I read this location had great reviews. You can get a machine anywhere, but good service & follow up is very important. I had to go back several times to find the right mask fit & everyone was very supportive.Special mention to Eliza who was very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

I want to thank Eliza for taking the time last week to see my dad and helped him set up his first cpap machine. My dad is very nervous person and has been very resistant to the therapy. Eliza spent patience explaining how to manage expectations. At the end my dad was happy to take the machine home. He tried few hours this weekend and told me he felt less tired during the day. He asked me to call Eliza next week to thank her. I thought better to recognize her effort to other clients struggling to get pap therapy. Add oil Eliza.

I went to a different vendor before I went to Inspiair to get my CPAP machine. The staff in the previous vendor does not deserve my business, my concern was not heard. However I walked in to Eliza twice, inquired about procedures and will I be eligible with insurance claim. Both visits Eliza recognized me but she repeated so thoroughly about my options my costs and she even helped me spoke with insurance agent, which is something I required extra assistance. I can only say Eliza can deliver above and beyond. Highly recommend this clinic

Both my wife and myself were diagnosed with sleep apnea and had been given (as we had requested from the clinic) a list of licensed CPAP vendors.The first place we visited was open on Saturdays (we both work during the week). They provided a great consultation, but the price that was quoted was extremely high for the equipment.I started cold calling licensed CPAP vendors during the week and one of them was InspiAir on Leslie and spoke with Elyza Tsang.My first question was: "what will it cost me out of pocket to purchase two complete units with consultation and mask fitting"The quote that I got from Elyza was less than half from some of the other vendors.I made an appointment to our convenience that Elyza accommodated and we were fitted with the masks of our choice, had all paperwork completed by Elyza and were off with the equipment and support from InspiAir.We are in our third week of therapy and so far have seen great results.I have called Elyza with questions that she has answered and had a follow up visit as my wife had concerns about the mask she was using.My wife had a subsequent mask fitting of a different type that Elyza couriered to us.I have nothing but positive things to say about InspiAIR and Elyza Tsang.I definitely recommend the company and Elyza for all of your CPAP needs.

I can’t speak highly enough of the fantastic service we received with InspiAIR. The same day they received the paperwork for my mother, Laura (the fabulous respiratory therapist) called and offered to come and do an assessment that day! Even though my mother had been experiencing increasing bouts of shortness of breath, she was resistant to the idea of going on oxygen. When Laura arrived I had a house full of family and a dog all here to celebrate my mum’s 95th birthday. Laura came right in smiling, introduced herself to everyone (including the dog) and immediately sat down with my mother. She was so positive as she described what her assessment would entail and the rationale for doing it. After her assessment, she said that my mum would indeed very likely benefit from oxygen. She explained in just the right amount of detail how the oxygen would be beneficial. Laura was so well-informed, so positive and so empathetic that to my delight, my mum started to ask questions and with the informative answers she received I could tell she would be willing to give it a try. My mum was worried about having a cumbersome oxygen cylinder with long tubing that she would have to lug around (something similar to what my dad needed towards the end of his life). To our delight, Laura shared that the units (one portable and one standard) she was proposing use room air to concentrate the oxygen and that the small portable unit came in a shoulder bag and was just 3 lbs! The size and weight of the portable unit make it possible for my mum to put it in her walker when she goes for walks outdoors. We did this the next day and my mum walked at least three times as far (and without stopping for breaks) than she had done in the several weeks prior to receiving the oxygen! This really lifted her spirits as she prides herself in being active and the breathlessness she was experiencing was negatively impacting her quality of life.My mum also experienced breathlessness upon awakening and this would last a couple of hours. Thanks to Laura’s advice, my mum started to use the standard unit (both units are connected to a very easy to use and unobtrusive nasal cannula) overnight. Now she is less breathless in the morning.Laura, I can’t thank you enough for your exceptional care and the warm, positive and informative way in which you delivered it. We went from my mum refusing the idea of oxygen (before we met Laura) to her returning to the activities she enjoys and feeling well physically and mentally. Both oxygen and your care have truly been GAME CHANGERS!I should also say that Laura continues to provide excellent care. I have called with questions and she always responds right away and with helpful advice. InspiAIR and Laura have my highest recommendation.

Eliza Tsang is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I went to InspiAIR to pickup my first APAP machine. Eliza helped me out by not only providing me with the machine and equipment in a timely manner (competitors had appointments a month away, Eliza took care of me the same day I called her), but also by giving me the knowledge of the APAP therapy, and comfort of her support as I begin treatment. I would highly recommend going to this clinic for your devices, and more specifically, working with Eliza!

After receiving my prescription for a CPAP machine, I felt extremely overwhelmed. Not only with my results but also with what my next steps were - where to go for my machine, who to trust with my condition, which machine/mask combination. Luckily, I received a call from Eliza at the location on Leslie St, North York.Words cannot even describe how amazing she was. She took the time to explain to me EVERY detail, step by step, helped me with my billing, helped with my machine selection, my mask selection. I forgot my filters at the clinic and without even realizing, she had sent it to my house the next morning via courier. She even stayed open late for me to refit me for a mask as the first one I got was bothering me.I can go on and on about Eliza. What I’ll end with is that she is truly someone who is passionate about her job and someone who genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. Look no further!

Stop no further — the BEST team to support your CPAP needs. There’s a reason why there are only high reviews for this place! Do not go to buy your CPAP machine and supplies from whomever your referring sleep clinic tells you go to—they often get referral kick backs. Laura and the team are beyond patient, caring, understanding, and helpful. As a recently diagnosed severe sleep apnea patient, they have held my hand and walked me through getting comfortable and fitted properly with a mask. I’ve gone through almost every different mask to ensure proper fit and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. You will not be disappointed with Laura and the team here!!

I was recently diagnosed with mild/moderate sleep apnea and have had a great experience with InspiAIR. Starting CPAP treatment was a bit overwhelming but Eliza and Laura are so knowledgable and patient in explaining all the options and made me feel very comfortable. During a telephone follow-up call, I inquired about making some mask adjustments and they assisted me with ordering the right parts and navigating my insurance coverage. I would highly recommend InspiAIR!

A clean, welcoming, professional, freshly painted office - these are the first impressions. The service is even better. Unhappy with my current CPAP provider I was fortunate to walk into this office. Laura is fabulous. She is attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable. Laura truly cares about my sleep health. Her follow up post purchase was as surprising as it was welcomed and effective.
