Needed a new cpap mask. I absolutely refused to go back where I got my cpap becuase all they cared about was selling me new stuff. They even used the data link to my cpap to call me when I got a notification about replacement. They also had a very small selection.

SO that left me looking for a new supplier. I cannot be happier that I walked into the store. Wendy and Jen were so very helpful. They suggested a mask for me and unfortunately it didn't work... but not a problem they took it back and booked a full and proper follow up session to help me find a correct mask. They are attentive and kind. Also they have a very low pressure environment with many options. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Michelle was wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly explain the results from my machine. She fitted me for a new mask explaining the sizing. I have a cleaning schedule and equipment timeline! Highly recommend Michelle!

Michelle was such amazing help getting me set up with the ResMed 11, mask fitting, everything that I needed. I also really love that InspiAir will provide reminders for when parts need replacement, not just a replacement schedule printout. I highly recommend the InspiAir Newmarket location, there are free parking spots along the building for InspiAir customers. See Michelle’s business card, she’s great!

From my very first visit I found the staff to be friendly and caring. They helped me to set up appointments that suited my very busy schedule, answered any questions I had, and assured me that they would be able to address my needs to enable me to once again enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Wendy, the Clinical Technician, was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right equipment to suit my needs and explained how to wear, and maintain the equipment. I thought that this procedure would have been overwhelming, but found that it was just the opposite! Wendy had great skill in explaining everything to me, helped me try on several different masks until I found just the right one for me. By the time I left the office, CPap in hand, I was quite comfortable and felt confident, and all because of the wonderful Staff! Thank you!!

I recently went to IspiAir to pick up and learn about me new cpac machine, I knew nothing and cpacs , from the minute I walked in the reception ladies were amazing and so friendly, Lee was ready for me did not have to wait, Lee was AMAZING !!!!, he explained everything in great detail, and showed me absolutely everything about my machine, he left nothing out, and did a fitting for my nasal mask. I highly recommend Inspiair , amazing people. and my machine is working great 👍

After a 4 day struggle and lack of sleep each night due to alarms on my bi-pap every 20-30 minutes and with little to no help from the vent pool, I had used Inspirair before so I went. I had got a new mask bought online and we just could not not get it to work properly. It was closing time and Wendy greeted us and started to use her knowledge to figure out WHY I kept getting high leak rate alarms. Made a few changes and back home to try it, unfortunately it did not work. Back again the next day for plan B and once again Wendy was FANTASTIC ! . Its been 3 days now and I'm back to sleeping without any more alarms! Thanks for the 10 star customer service Wendy! We will be dropping in Tuesday to let you know the outcome over the weekend. I highly recommend InspirAIR Newmarket.

Michelle C. was extremely helpful, taking the time to help me try on every CPAP mask in the store to find the one that fit best. Before Michelle I had been to two other stores and wasted money on two masks that didn't work, but when I met Michelle she took the time to help me try on every mask with my CPAP machine running so I could see how it would feel at night. Michelle even lent me a pillow to try lying my head on to make sure the mask fit was the same as it would be when lying on a pillow at night. And it worked, the mask she helped me find finally helped me get a good night's sleep!!

I have been using CPAP therapy since 2010 so I am what you would consider an expert in sleep issues. I have dealt with numerous suppliers of CPAP equipment over the years and InspiAir has been taking care of me for 10 years now. I managed to get in between appointments and get a new machine quick and easy. Nadeem and her crew got me in, paperwork done, machine setup and out the door fast. I live a busy life and I don't have a lot of free time. They are also located in the same complex as the sleep disorder clinic so that is even better.

I came to this place after I have been in different company the service I received here are amazing all stuff very polite and welling to help. This amazing service I revived from Michelle was above and beyond. She explained how to use the machine what size I need and worked with me to bill the insurance. Michelle was fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Went through various options, asked questions to find right "fit" for both my husband and myself. Great sense of humour as well, made it a very pleasant experience. It was our first time at this store after a very negative experience at a competitor, and we will definitely return. A bonus is free parking spots specifically reserved for customers, which is ideal in a paid parking lot!

I have been a respiratory therapist for over 30 years. I have always advocated for my patients and their families. It matters. Now I am on the receiving end of respiratory care. I highly recommend Inspiair. Friendly and prompt on the phone and in person. They immediately took care of my oxygen requirements. I’m an active person and needed a POC to be more mobile. This experience I thought was going to be terrible. Nobody wants to use a cpap machine. But it was wonderful. Michelle is the best. She helped me through everything and the difference is amazing. She is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. I would highly, highly recommend them. They were fantastic and I am so glad I picked this InspiAIR for my cpap needs. I called another company and never heard back. I called InspiAIR and immediately received a call back from Wendy, even though the office was closed. I was already impressed. I had an appointment right away. Wendy spent an hour and a half patiently explaining everything. I cannot praise Wendy enough and five stars are not sufficient. To say Wendy at the Newmarket location was great would be an understatement. She is super knowledgeable, friendly and was just a pleasure to deal with. Second to none in terms of meeting my needs compared to every other supplier I contacted whose first question was always “how much does your insurance cover” This is my first CPAP and she made the experience very pleasant. Fiona is truly a gem, after speaking with her this week to resolve a misunderstanding I had in regards to an email I received she was able to help resolves any issues or concerns almost immediately. Fiona walked me through all the necessary steps on how to use my new machine in a thoughtful and caring approach as this can seem daunting for someone who has never used a sleep device before, after going through all the details step by step she informed that she was always available to chat with me if I had any questions at all moving forward regarding my device, I know I am in good hands with Inspirair.

I'm the first time user of CPAP and was very confused and stressed to the start, apparently I'm also very sensitive to all that type of equipment. The support and reassurance provided by InspiAir is great, special Thank you to Matt, who was my respiratory therapist there. I changed masks probably about 5 times, with absolutely no charge for me, with great reassurance from Matt that we will find what will work for me. I'm still "work in progress" but I'm sure I will succeed with such great support.
