Nadeen is rude. During our 1 hour meeting she kept pushing me to give her a 5 star review in return for discounts on products. This is before I even met a nurse and got fitted for a mask. This is just the consult. She mentioned giving her a 5 star review about 6-7 times within the hour. I called months later to book an appointment with a nurse to get fitted for a new mask (as per the nurses request to book an appointment) and Nadeen refused to book me an appointment. She said I don’t need one to get a new mask. I kept telling her 3 different times that the nurse told me via email this same day to book an appointment. She finally checked my account and said “oh yeah I see a note here to book an appointment”. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. The nurses here are great. But if you can avoid Nadeen, do so. All she does is push you to give her a 5 star review and yet she isn’t even the one who bills clients for products. It’s the nurses who billed me and took payment from me. Not her. Shady and weird business practice.

I have been a respiratory therapist for over 30 years. I have always advocated for my patients and their families. It matters. Now I am on the receiving end of respiratory care. I highly recommend Inspiair. Friendly and prompt on the phone and in person. They immediately took care of my oxygen requirements. I’m an active person and needed a POC to be more mobile. I received one the same day as I started with Inspiair. Parthi was great at explaining everything and ensured that all the equipment was appropriately placed and working. Nadeen was incredibly patient and kind with my parents. My dad was very overwhelmed getting his machine and she walked him through step by step and made sure he didn’t leave until he felt confident enough using it. Her customer service went so above and beyond that they’re still talking about her the next day! Great place, I’m recommending it to everyone.
