Thank you nadeen maroon I was so lucky I went to inspiair I need it help with my mask I saw Nadeen she was amazing she helped me with my mask and I told her that I have problem with my machine Nadine checked for me. The machine has been over five years and I’ll be eligible to get a new one, but I don’t have a prescription.nadeen took me to the Clinic I didn’t even know I have valid RX from my doctor that I saw 6 months ago nadeen got me new prescription and same time she set me up with machin I switch company cause of Nadeen and her excellent customers service definitely recommend inspiair and nadeen maroon and give them 10 stars

Nadeen was very helpful great communication skills and a wonderful personality I needed a sleep machine right away as I stopped breathing 158 times during my test I was eager and nervous to get started but nadeen Knew what she was talking about and help me every step of the way. My partner and I were travelling when we realized we had forgotten the CPAP machine, so we stopped at InspiAir hoping to rent one. I want to start by saying that almost every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly. The machine options were good, and employees like Suzy went out of their way to be kind, helpful, and apologetic even though she did absolutely nothing wrong.
Unfortunately, our entire experience was overshadowed by one staff member — an older lady I believe name is Nadine. She was unprofessional from the moment we arrived. Her comments, tone, and attitude were beyond rude and unprofessional.
My partner hasn’t upgraded the CPAP in nine years, and we were actually planning to purchase a new AirSense 11. Instead of simply helping us, she assumed we can’t afford it made remarks like it’s a “$3,000 machine,” and why would we consider that . I’m not sure why she felt the need to make that kind of comment — it was intrusive, inappropriate, and completely uncalled for.
Despite the rest of the staff trying their best to (especially Suzy), the interaction with Nadine was so uncomfortable that we left without renting or buying anything. This is disappointing, because everyone else seemed genuinely kind and professional.
We will not be returning to InspiAir, and it is entirely due to this one staff member . It’s unfortunate that one person’s behaviour overshadowed an otherwise positive team.

I love Inspirair, ever since I started using a c-pap! They have always been great with their customer service. The last visit I was helped by Nadeen Maroon she was excellent! My provider had changed and it was questionable whether I would be covered for my supplies. My mom had stopped using her CPAP machine for a while because she started waking up in the middle of the night feeling like she couldn't breathe against the pressure, and so would take the mask off. At her appointment, Nadeen did a mask fitting and explained why it's important to keep using the machine so the brain gets enough oxygen while sleeping. Nadeen was patient, caring, and helped my mom feel more at ease about using her CPAP again. Her service was beyond excellent and we appreciate her genuine help! :)

I was with a different company and was not happy with their service, I used to pay for my supplies for 10 years and I had no idea that I can get them paid for through my insurance company until I met Nadeen Maroon. She worked very hard to check with my insurance about my coverage and what I was eligible for. She even went above and beyond by searching where I got the machine to get me approval from my insurance. She provided me with all the supplies that I need after she did a mask fit. Received timely and generous service. Employees were friendly and frequently went out of their way to accommodate me where possible. While CPAP parts can be costly without insurance I have received far more through InspiAIR - and at higher guaranteed quality - than I would have been able to obtain by just ordering them on Amazon or a similar wholesaler.

Three nights into my CPAP experience I found my choice in mask was not working for me. Nadeen got me right back in again for a second fitment with a different style. I was running late and unable to call. They were so understanding and still took care of me with no delay. I thought Nadeem and Abdula were uncommonly helpful and professional but found out there was a third with the same qualities. Leah provided me with my second fitment and took the time and care to ensure I made the right choice. It’s refreshing to find places that still value the personal touch to providing a valuable service. 13 out of 10 recommend.

I recently got my first CPAP machine, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. When I first called, I wasn’t sure what my options were, but Nadeen was so helpful over the phone. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood the different choices available. Her kindness and easy-to-talk-to nature really made the process much less overwhelming.
When I visited the clinic, Nadeen continued to be amazing, walking me through the next steps and ensuring I felt confident with my decision. Then, when it was time to get the machine set up, Malcolm took over. He thoroughly explaining the machine’s functionality and answered all my questions.

Today I visited Inspiair in Windsor Ontario , 55 Edinborough st. I had the pleasure of meeting with Nadeen in customer care. She was very helpful and easy going, and knowledgeable about prices and insurance coverage. She touch all bases including common problems with CPAP include a leaky mask, trouble falling asleep, a stuffy nose and a dry mouth, if the CPAP mask or machine doesn’t work for you, you have other options. And most CPAP masks can be adjusted to help make them more comfortable.
She explained that I would have to come in for a 1 hour appointment with the Doctor to discuss how to use the machine and how to clean, changing tubes and filtres.

I have been struggling for years with a lot of different health related issues. Ive suffer from severe TMJ, have high "bad"cholestrol that could cause heart diease or stroke, also diagnosed with Crohns disease. Im happy to get answers about my sleep results, and happy to be able to have trust in someone who specializes in deparment.

I called InspiAir looking for a company that sells CPAP equipment which is reliable, can ensure that I get my supplies in a timely manner, and whose customer service is top notch. I realized I had found that within the first minute of speaking to Nadeen on the phone. Nadeen is rude. During our 1 hour meeting she kept pushing me to give her a 5 star review in return for discounts on products. This is before I even met a nurse and got fitted for a mask. This is just the consult. She mentioned giving her a 5 star review about 6-7 times within the hour. I called months later to book an appointment with a nurse to get fitted for a new mask (as per the nurses request to book an appointment) and Nadeen refused to book me an appointment. She said I don’t need one to get a new mask. I kept telling her 3 different times that the nurse told me via email this same day to book an appointment. She finally checked my account and said “oh yeah I see a note here to book an appointment”. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. The nurses here are great. But if you can avoid Nadeen, do so. All she does is push you to give her a 5 star review and yet she isn’t even the one who bills clients for products. It’s the nurses who billed me and took payment from me. Not her. Shady and weird business practice.

On February 21, 2024 we dropped by to see enquire about CPAP machines for my husband. We were referred to Nadeen Maroon. Nadeen was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions and then some. She but us at ease and instilled confidence in InspirAir services, customer service, and follow ups. We dropped in at other companies and we were not received as professionally. I personally go to another company however, the after sale is non-existent and when I had issues it was difficult to reach them. Nadeen has assured us that this will not happen. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I've had a machine for over 3 months now that I haven't been able to use, I paid the $150 charge for them to monitor it and have made numerous calls for which I'm told they will get back to me and they never do. I finally had the owner call me, waited for 2 weeks for her to call back and no call. I can see the great customer service trickles down. NOT!! I was helped the minute I walked in the door and they contacted who I needed to deal with, which was Nadeen. Nadeen was extremely helpful as I was not sure what I needed. She was very friendly and easy to deal with. Her service was very very good.

Our experience here, was absolutely wonderful, they really Care!!!, that you get absolutely the right CPAP,Bipap machine that is the most comfortable, easy to get used to. The Respiratory Specialist that fitted my husband,was so empathetic, professional, she made sure we did not leave until we were very confident with my husband using the machine, so Nicole we thank you so much. Highly recommend going here. Definitely a easy 5 star.. just go here and know your in good hands always

I went the other day and I had many questions and there was a lady named Nadeen which provided me with excellent service as she easily answered all of my questions. My experience with InspiAIR was pleasant. I called them, and was able to come in right away to get a new CPAP mask, and supplies. They have many masks to choose from. Nicole was very helpful, and friendly. She didn't make me feel rushed at all.

Way too backlogged. Sleep clinic sent them my prescription in March 2022, had to follow up myself and still to this day on a waiting list. Luckily I finally called the sleep clinic to send my prescription elsewhere and got a call right away and now have my machine. Thanks for nothing InspireAir!

I had been going to a different supplier for my bi-pap supplies because I was not aware I could get them here.

I guess it was a good thing that my previous supplier had been taking me for granted for quite some time, causing me to go elsewhere - and now that I'm here, I have NO intentions of ever going to another outlet.

Thanks to the attention (and patience!) from "CORA" I couldn't ask for anything more.

AND I'm letting family and friends know as well.

NICOLE IS AMAZING!!!

I have no idea what “Iyad Alsasi” the person who reviewed this place prior to me is talking about.

She is the most kind hearted, loving soul. She is so empathetic that she said, “I heard the emergency in your voice “ Honestly if we had more people in the world like Nicole the world would be a better place.

She had an appointment and attended to me because my case was an emergency and had someone else take her appointment.

Her service was impeccable. She even helped me carry the materials out to my car. InspiAir is very lucky to have her as an employee, and honestly I believe she deserves a raise. Nicole is the definition of friendly and efficient.

My aunt was from out of town, and she needed oxygen ASAP. Nicole was so patient with me, she provided me with exactly what I needed, and explained it throughly.

Great loving person, and a great company to deal with, I would recommend this place every single time!

I have previously dealt with competitors of inspiaire and was never happy. I decided to try another company and found inspiaire.
It was the most pleasant experience I have experienced. What a difference it was from their competitor next door. I wasn’t rushed out the door and I didn’t feel uncomfortable like I was bothering them from interrupting them.
Sue was so helpful and went above and beyond I felt like it was a family member or a friend helping me out.
