Started my CPAP journey about 2 weeks ago with Patti Schaefer at the Cambridge location . From day one she has been nothing but a great support. Knowledgeable, attentive and available to answer all of my questions. I have had difficulty adjusting however Patti has made made it easier by offering her continuous help and guidance.

If you're getting a CPAP make sure you give Patti a call.

I interviewed 3 companies before deciding on Inspirair. I wanted to ensure that the company I went with was a good fit for me. Patti Schaefer is professional, explained everything to me even though I did extensive research on what I needed prior, she helped with the final decision as well as the set up of the machine. I’m sure going forward it will be a great relationship between us.

Purchasing my 3rd unit. Candace was the most knowledgeable person I’ve dealt with yet. Was able to explain the differences between units and answered miscellaneous questions. Went over the unit with me in more detail than anyone had. Was extremely happy with the service I received!

It's a bit stressful learning that you stop breathing multiple times during the night. Candace has helped me put my fears to rest. I purchased my first APAP machine about a month ago and Candace has been helping me adapt to my new reality. She is very knowledgeable, patient and responsive. She monitors my data and makes suggestions to ensure that all is working as it should. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She cares - it shows and it matters!

I have had a great time starting out with InspiAIR Cambridge. Both Candace and Lisa have been very professional, helpful and friendly assisting me getting set up with and learning use of my CPAP & mask. I appreciate their patience with my many questions/concerns which made the transition very easy to get used to using the machine. Thanks go to them both. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring help with sleep apnea concerns.

My experience with Candace Steward at the InspiAir Office in Cambridge was amazing! I met with her in the Office and Candace took the time to explain the type of machine needed to correct my sleep apnea issue, she then went through the different mask options and helped select and fit the correct mask.She then helped me download a phone app that would allow me to download machine data from the night before and explained what the data means.
The phenomenal thing is that after my first night Candace reached out to see how my first night went and to let me know what the data from the night before meant.

For anyone who has had a sleep study done with recommendations to get some form of PAP Machine, you should do it as quickly as possible and reach out to Candace and InspiAIR to get looked after. With the right machine, the right mask and the best support it will make the first night of uninterrupted sleep all the more sweeter.

I was only a prospective client, but she educated me on how best to use the current CPAP I have and introduced me to latest products, both for home and travel. After calling multiple companies with unsure quotes and rushed phone calls, I call inspiAIR and was able to get a full quote sent with in half an hour. The price was perfect and there was no beating around the bush, it was very straight forward what the max price I could pay would be (which I ended up paying less). It was nice to have that peace of mind before I went in. Candace was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything start to finish. We didn’t leave with any unanswered questions. We were explained everything well. She helped with insurance, helped set up the machine, gave advice to us and took her time. Very delightful experience.

I had a great experience getting my CPAP machine and supplies with Candace. She was knowledgeable and patient, great at answering questions and helped me pick out the right mask for me. After-sale service was excellent as well, as she was helpful with suggestions and helped with adjusting the settings on the machine.

The shop itself was well-lit, clean, and well-stocked, and the location was easy to find.
