Serena completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Guelph, followed by an Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy at Conestoga College. Since graduating in 2019, she has worked in Guelph and the surrounding community providing compassionate, patient-centred respiratory care. She looks forward to continuing to build meaningful relationships with patients and families, while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to help support patients and improve their quality of life.

Erin comes to Inspiair with over 14 years of customer service experience in sleep and oxygen therapy. She enjoys working, supporting, and developing long lasting relationships with her clients by delivering unique care so they can achieve their full potential with sleep therapy; she finds it very gratifying when her clients excel and it changes their day to day lives in a positive manner. Erin would like to extend an invitation to you to come and meet her at the Guelph location, whether you are new to therapy or an old pro, she would be happy to assist you with your sleep therapy needs.

Terry brings 26 years in respiratory home care and believes deeply that patients deserve more than just equipment delivery. They deserve care that genuinely enhances their daily lives. His career has spanned the entire spectrum of home oxygen and sleep therapy, from frontline service delivery and clinical operations to management and service design. He has had the privilege of collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, Registered Respiratory Therapists, sleep technicians, and administrative teams. This journey has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of what outstanding care looks like and the barriers that often get in the way. This breadth of experience has led him to partner with InspiAIR Niagara, a locally owned respiratory home care company dedicated to serving St. Catharines and the broader Niagara Region. Our services include home oxygen therapy, portable oxygen concentrators, CPAP and BiPAP support, and ongoing clinical follow-up. We are committed to efficiency, clinical excellence, and genuine patient appreciation. Terry’s passion has always remained the same: to deliver care that makes a tangible difference in how people breathe, sleep, and live.
