Jessica was excellent patient and willing to work with me. Answered all my questions and made it a very seamless process. Also, the admin fee that every company seems to have was the least that I'd found other than well wise which their service was horrible. I would strongly recommend going and seeing Jessica at this company

I had a fantastic first experience at InspiAIR on Bayfield St in Barrie today as a new client/customer. I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and went to pick up my new CPAP machine. The atmosphere was clean, calm and inviting. Jessica, the Patient Care Co-ordinator, was super welcoming and warm—she made me feel very comfortable and supported. She was thorough and knowledgeable when teaching me how to use my new machine and very patient as I picked out a mask/nose piece and asked a ton of questions. I loved that she took the time to share some of her experiences— and her ability to relate made the consulation less clinical and more enjoyable helpful. I honestly couldn't have had a better and easier experience.

When I got home, I had to call the office twice in a row to ask questions as I set the new machine up (if you're new to a CPAP machine, dont worry... when you turn turn off the machine, you will feel a small amount of air still coming out of the nose piece/mask... that's normal- it will stop on it's own! Lol), and I was met with more friendly staff willing to take the time to walk me through my questions.

So if you have sleep apnea and require a CPAP machine, I highly recommend choosing this location to help you, I promise you won't regret it!

I have known Shane and Fiona for many years Shane and Fiona are extremely knowledgeable super friendly and always willing to help with all your Oxygen needs. I would HIGHLY recommend InspiAir to anyone requiring Oxygen or CPAP

This is the best spot for CPAP equipment and supplies! Staff are friendly and helpful, and they have expert knowledge on their products. Great location!

Although we haven’t had to use the oxygen so far for our precious fur ball (husky rescue 6 yo female). She has blastomycosis which is an extremely rare fungal disease that kills quickly.

We couldn’t afford the vet bill to keep her at the clinic 24hrs for 3-5 days so we decided to elect for home care. That said, we couldn’t deliver the medication to fight the fungus without proper home care prep on hand, which included air tanks.

Inspirair in Barrie was INCREDIBLE at making sure we received our air supply as fast as possible. Faster than anyone we spoke to imagined.

Because of this, we were able to start our pupp’s meds and improve her odds of surviving.

Thank you SO SO much to John the respirologist on the team who worked with us and went over and beyond.

We are still in the swings of fighting the disease but know we did our absolute best for the pupp.

The Inspirair location in Barrie is absolutely awesome to deal with. When I made my initial call I had no idea what I needed or how to go about finding out. After sending Jessica my prescription she promptly emailed me a quote of exactly what equipment I required. With a quick call to Jessica I was set up with an appointment with Jonathan (RRT Sleep & Respiratory Specialist) the following day. During my appointment with Jonathan, he thoroughly explained and demonstrated how my BIPAP machine and equipment works. Looking forward to getting much better sleep thanks to Jessica and Jonathan from Inspirair Inc. in Barrie! Thank you to two caring and knowledgeable people!
