I’m very disappointed by the service (or lack of service) I received. I was referred by a local sleep doctor and got a phone call to book my appointment with InspiAIR for a CPAP machine. However, it was never disclosed on the phone about the $200 fee until I checked in for my appointment. I was also asked to recall numbers from my sleep test results which those should have been on file. I was also asked to bring OHIP and my private insurance with me to the appointment. When I gave them my insurance information, they said SunLife was tricky to deal with and that I could pay out of pocket and take the chance of it not being covered or take the estimate, call SunLife myself and then come back again for another appointment.A few things that could have been avoided: 1) being upfront about the $200 fee before booking an appointment and not surprising people when they show up; 2) having the patients sleep test results available; 3) asking those that do have benefits who they’re provider is to clear up any of the questions about coverage before the patient shows up for their appointment.Things that should have been conveyed or asked over the phone prior to booking would have saved me a great deal of wasted time. The staff were at least apologetic for wasting my time. Needless to say, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Jessica provided the most wonderful service. Her attention to details and thorough consultation left me feeling so confident and comfortable with my new machine. I was properly fitted and feeling extra comfortable with my mask and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you so much for making this experience as seamless as possible. trying to deal with sleep apnea from a young age has always been difficult for lots of reasons and this location has always been there for me, it has answers to my questions or advice to keep me doing the right thing when I really don’t want too. I really appreciate Ashley B. at Inspiair Belleville. you don’t even know what this means. You make this cpap stuff in my life easier and that’s all I could ever ask for

The team at InspiAir were fabulous. They were well informed, took a lot of time to inform me on how everything works. The office is very appealing, bright, clean and inviting . They broke down the costs and demonstrated how everything works. You relax in a recliner while getting set up. Lots of support and advice! It was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend their services!

I was very hesitant to try a CPAP machine. The staff made my experience tolerable. Every staff member that I have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I dont think that I would have started or continued to persevere without their encouragement and skill. Highly recommend them.

Kerry was great; she was very helpful and thorough when explaining how to use and take care of the CPAP machine. I was a bit hesitant at first as to whether I really needed/wanted this kind of treatment but after she showed me the machine and demonstrated how it works, and that it was completely silent, I felt much better.I’ve only had the machine for a couple of nights and already my number of “events” per hour has dropped significantly and my husband says he can’t hear the machine at all.Thank you Kerry and InspiAir.

As a senior, I am reliant on people who are experts in the field, but am acutely aware that not all outlets are alike. Since my original CPAP outlet was not helping me understand whatsoever, I decided to pop in to InspiAir on Dundas St. Thank goodness I did! The difference in professionalism and helpfulness was like day and night. Staff were friendly and helpful and very genuine! Along with other staff members, Linda assisted me with options and I felt well taken care of. Definitely my choice of providers from here on! Thanks so much to all of you!

Disappointed that you called me regarding the safety of your staff! My mother is 86 dying and relies heavily on oxygen. There have been 3 incidents that you relayed to me 1 my mother and her credit card. First off the credit was left on the table by your staff member and even my step-dad stated it was a misunderstanding. The next was when she called to get the equipment updated Nicole told her she wasn't getting it. I had to call on a long weekend to get it sent over as she was struggling to breathe. The 3rd when you worker dropped off equipment and told my 86 year old mother she could come across the street and get any supplies she needed. Yes she called because she was uncomfortable with the comment and expressed her concern.My mother is dying and for you to tell me either my step-dad or I had to be there for the safety of your staff. I asked were telling me I needed to change providers? Your answer was we would not get the same amount of equipment. Why would you be able to do something more than another company when the government is paying these bills.I spoke to both my mother and step-dad about what went on not just your side. There's a different view of what went on and the stress you put on me on top of my mother dying is the reason you no longer provide oxygen to her home.I have the same amount of equipment on the day I called the other company and they have set her up and are super nice and yes I relayed your concerns to them.Customer service is all anyone has left to provide and you failed at that.

Friendly staff. I am new to CPAP and went here because my wife went there. I went in and explained that I'm usually a side sleeper and a mouth breather. I was setup with a resmed air sense 10 with a large full face mask which ended being the wrong size after I went back and was provided with a medium. The medium was irritating the side of my nose and I struggled with the mask for a while. I let them know prior to going in to settle up financially. I was shown the three mask options for full face masks, I thought there was only two. After deliberating I chose the one I was never shown and it is much better. My sleep doctor just called and asked how it's going and I explained to him that I went into the machine settings that aren't typically used by most people. He said my adjustments were pretty close to what he would do and that is supposed to be the job of of the machine vendor. He or they could have done it remotely and I had let inspair know that I had done this myself in case it conflicted with them or the doctor. A more thorough presentation of options and a better understanding of how the machines and masks work would be good. I'd like to think I'm a pretty knowledgeable and competent person and I feel this could be pretty hard to understand for some people who had no knowledge of CPAP or researched it.

If you are looking to get CPAP equipment or supplies InspiAIR are great to deal with, they take the time to explain all about the equipment and how to use it and have great follow up. They were recommended to me and I am so glad that I decided to call them for an appointment. They have a very professional knowledgeable friendly staff that spent about one hour explaining all about the equipment and how to properly use it and fitting the proper mask. I highly recommend them.

Went to see about a better fitment of my CPAP mask. The staff explained how to fit my mask properly and advised me that a new harness was needed. They also provided assistance in dealing with my new health insurance provider. Extremely professional staff, pleasant and helpful.

As a Inspiair’s client for several years, I started to notice that the prices were awfully high, so I did a little research. Inspiair had charged me $350 for a mask that their competitors usually sell 300$. Also, they sell the mask cushions $95 instead of $80, the normal price at their competitors. Nicole Esch explained to me that their prices include a 3 month warranty, an exchange program, a Healthcare Professional measure, fit, and education on the equipment. I’m very sorry, Nicole, but you are the only person in that industry that charges $350 for a $300 mask just because you gave a few information to the client about it! I’m leaving Inspiair for good!

I'm not usually one to give reviews but I had to take the time to share my positive experience for others so that you all know that you can count on InspiAIR staff to be most helpful and pleasant. For me what really stood out was how they went above and beyond to ensure that I had what I needed, they and helped me tremendously with my benefits to ensure I got the most coverage possible. The lady who helped me today really was so kind and represents the company well, but I must say every staff member I have encountered anytime I have been or called has been a delight. :) I highly recommend InspiAIR for your CPAP needs.

I have dealt with this team for about 2 years and when I requested 2 items and went to pick them up they informed me that one of the items was at the new store and wasn't available right then. Rather than make me wait till the new store opened 3 days later they arranged to drop off the missing piece later the same day to my home.
