Amazing staff! i am 26 and required a cpap machine and it i was so nervous before i went in but the staff were so incredibly kind and patient and supportive they took the time to explain each step and how to do everything.
I have been back for parts as needed and everyone in the whole office is so kind and helpful! Most recently Ashley the patient care coordinator helped me when i was lost on what I needed she took the time to cheerfully help me. her and the other staff’s energy and personalitys made it such a easy great experience. I definitely recommend here and i personally will continue with them!

I just wanted to share that when I went in for my sleep apnea machine to be fitted that I was really unsure how they actually worked and the health benefits that I would get from using my machine daily.
Everyone I came into contact with in the office were very friendly, confident, well trained with the machines and products they sold.
I was somewhat worried how I would feel having to use the full mask, but I was soon relieved to know that there were no expectations as to how quickly that I would have to be wearing the mask all night from day one. Honestly I brought my machine home and set it up. To my surprise, I was able to wear it for 4 hours with a few adjustments to my mask. This was due to air escaping around my mouth and I needed to slightly adjust my head piece.
Overall I felt I was well informed and put at ease as to how to work and clean my machine by the staff. They worked together like a well oiled machine and made the process enjoyable.

First of all, I would like to thank the entire team at InspiAIR. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The facility was immaculate and clean.

I was greeted by Ryleigh, a staff member in training, who I felt was professional with a kind and gentle manner. She helped me choose my first cpap machine, and answered any questions I had. We discussed the payment and breakdowns.

I was then brought into a room to be fitted with a mask and setup of my machine. I was comfortable in sitting in a lazyboy chair! I was greeted by
Kerry RN. She was very patient and kind throughout the whole process with me.

I would recommend anyone in need of cpap, oxygen and accessories to this establishment and location.

Excellent and more than helpful, patient staff!!
I am somewhat familiar with cpap but this new machine is a whole different experience since my old one is 12 years old now. And assistance is just a phone call away!! I am comfortable knowing this and hope I can sort it out on my own but the older I get, the more questions I have!! And the staff at InspiAIR are there to support when needed!!

I’m very disappointed by the service (or lack of service) I received. I was referred by a local sleep doctor and got a phone call to book my appointment with InspiAIR for a CPAP machine. However, it was never disclosed on the phone about the $200 fee until I checked in for my appointment. I was also asked to recall numbers from my sleep test results which those should have been on file. I was also asked to bring OHIP and my private insurance with me to the appointment. When I gave them my insurance information, they said SunLife was tricky to deal with and that I could pay out of pocket and take the chance of it not being covered or take the estimate, call SunLife myself and then come back again for another appointment.

A few things that could have been avoided: 1) being upfront about the $200 fee before booking an appointment and not surprising people when they show up; 2) having the patients sleep test results available; 3) asking those that do have benefits who they’re provider is to clear up any of the questions about coverage before the patient shows up for their appointment.

Things that should have been conveyed or asked over the phone prior to booking would have saved me a great deal of wasted time. The staff were at least apologetic for wasting my time. Needless to say, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Kerry was great; she was very helpful and thorough when explaining how to use and take care of the CPAP machine. I was a bit hesitant at first as to whether I really needed/wanted this kind of treatment but after she showed me the machine and demonstrated how it works, and that it was completely silent, I felt much better.
I’ve only had the machine for a couple of nights and already my number of “events” per hour has dropped significantly and my husband says he can’t hear the machine at all.

As a senior, I am reliant on people who are experts in the field, but am acutely aware that not all outlets are alike. Disappointed that you called me regarding the safety of your staff! My mother is 86 dying and relies heavily on oxygen. There have been 3 incidents that you relayed to me 1 my mother and her credit card. First off the credit was left on the table by your staff member and even my step-dad stated it was a misunderstanding. The next was when she called to get the equipment updated Nicole told her she wasn't getting it. I had to call on a long weekend to get it sent over as she was struggling to breathe. The 3rd when you worker dropped off equipment and told my 86 year old mother she could come across the street and get any supplies she needed. Yes she called because she was uncomfortable with the comment and expressed her concern.

My mother is dying and for you to tell me either my step-dad or I had to be there for the safety of your staff. I asked were telling me I needed to change providers? Your answer was we would not get the same amount of equipment. Why would you be able to do something more than another company when the government is paying these bills.

I spoke to both my mother and step-dad about what went on not just your side. There's a different view of what went on and the stress you put on me on top of my mother dying is the reason you no longer provide oxygen to her home.

I have the same amount of equipment on the day I called the other company and they have set her up and are super nice and yes I relayed your concerns to them.

Customer service is all anyone has left to provide and you failed at that.

Friendly staff. I am new to CPAP and went here because my wife went there. I went in and explained that I'm usually a side sleeper and a mouth breather. I was setup with a resmed air sense 10 with a large full face mask which ended being the wrong size after I went back and was provided with a medium. The medium was irritating the side of my nose and I struggled with the mask for a while. I let them know prior to going in to settle up financially. I was shown the three mask options for full face masks, I thought there was only two. After deliberating I chose the one I was never shown and it is much better. My sleep doctor just called and asked how it's going and I explained to him that I went into the machine settings that aren't typically used by most people. He said my adjustments were pretty close to what he would do and that is supposed to be the job of of the machine vendor. He or they could have done it remotely and I had let inspair know that I had done this myself in case it conflicted with them or the doctor. A more thorough presentation of options and a better understanding of how the machines and masks work would be good. I'd like to think I'm a pretty knowledgeable and competent person and I feel this could be pretty hard to understand for some people who had no knowledge of CPAP or researched it.
